This review is for the florist(delivery) only. If you need some basic flowers sent last minute, order from them if youre in a pinch. but honestly use them as a last resort, dont trust them to get things 100 percent right. From my perspective-they dont like paying attention to detail. so your flowers might get sent to the wrong address, might be the wrong colour, might be 11 instead of a dozen..I mean its a gamble since they dont like to re-read the order back to you and rush you off the phone...so try and do it in person so you can make sure things are done correctly. I put all my trust in the florist that took my order via telephone....and paid quite a bit for only a dozen flowers and no- its not even Valentines. But I thought it seemed fair and agreed because the delivery could be rushed and thats what I needed. Well...turned out she got my name wrong AND the persons name wrong that it was going to. No wonder that person didnt call me when they received it, they thought someone ELSE had sent them. Like some other friend and not me. Ugh worst nightmare, sweet surprise turned to crap! My name is on my credit card and you got that one right so...how did you mess up the card so bad, god knows what else was wrong with the card...I was only informed about the names. I really dont understand..I sat and slowly repeated my name 2-3 times and my name is only 4 letters!! NIKI. Also, when you spelled his name wrong(and yes the driver had to reassure him that it was actually for him) he still definitely didnt think it was from me, because I would never mess up someones name that is family to me. Heres a tip- if you couldnt hear me then ask for clarification. And you should ALWAYS re-read orders back to customers. I didnt want to ask her to do this for me because she never offered so I just repeated myself 3 times thinking that she for sure got it...by the way for anyone reading this, I speak perfect English, no accent Im born here....anyways, the receipent said it didnt come with that packet of flower food even cheapo places give you-like WOW what a cherry on top. Im paying a premium for this type of service? I didnt care to ask the recipient how the flowers came wrapped(maybe in aluminum foil LOL) or if any of them seemed wilted or if she had shorted me any other way. I didnt care to look at the final flowers and I still havent, so I cant comment on that for anyone reading this. Because to me- It doesnt even matter anymore, the moment had been ruined. But A+ for the driver getting the right address without getting lost and calling anyone and he made it exactly on time! Good for him, he probably knows English. And to the florist: It hurts me to write this, the flowers are probably beautiful and you seemed like a sweetheart. But when it comes to art like this, every detail counts. And the card was the most Important thing to me. You knew that, I told YOU that! You knew that it took me 15 min to come up with one short sentence on such a touchy and sad subject. You knew that it meant a lot to me. You knew if you didnt give cards I wouldnt have even ordered flowers in the first place..Why would you do this to me, Im going to be late for work tomorrow by taking an hour to write this damn review that I hope someone reads and thinks twice before ordering, because maybe you will never make this mistake again and learn a lesson. Im sorry :(

Si pudiera poner 0 pondría 0!!! Hoy el día de las madres fui a comprar 3 rosas 1 orquídea y un vasito con otra flor adentro enterrada que decía 18 dolares , una de las chicas que estaba ahí , una latina bajita no me quizo ni ayudar ni nada y me hizo esperar mucho tiempo, tuve que hacer todo sola y cuando ella me las estaba empaquetando me dijo un precio, y yo dije ok está bien (eran 3 dólares por rosa, 25 la orquídea y en el vasito estaba escrito 18) cuando fui a pagar donde se pone la carta no salió escrito el dinero que tenía que pagar entonces puse directamente la carta y pagué. Salí afuera de la tienda, cuando voi a ver El recibo veo 99$ !!! Que?! Ella prácticamente no me dijo que el vaso era un precio separado con la flor. Porque quería hacerme pagar más! Y me dijo un precio diferente porque sabía que donde se pone la carta no salía el numero! Me engañó y cuando fui a desirselo me dijo "ah no yo se lo dije" cuando no era verdad!! 100$ por 4 flores!! Es un robo!! Y ella MENTIROSA!! ME ROBARON DINERO DICIÉNDOME MENTIRAS. Y no quisieron darme atrás el dinero si yo dava las flores

AMAZING FLORIST !!!!! PRICES ARE VERY CONVENIENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST !!!!! I NEEDED FLOWERS TO BE SENT SAME DAY , I CALLED IN THE EVENING WHEN I LOST ALL HOPES IN ALL THE FLORISTS BECAUSE EVERYONE IS CLOSED AFTER 6 PM . BUT I WAS BLESSED TO FIND THAT EPICURE FLORIST WORKS UNTIL 9 PM !!!!!!!! I have sent all info to GABBY the florsit, she is an amazing person, she made impossible to be possible. at 6pm i ordered my flowers and they were delivered at 7 pm !!!! in an hour !!!!! this is the best place !!!! if you order flowers in Miami , ALWAYS ONLY ORDER FROM EPICURE FLORIST !!!!!!!!!

Epicure used to be good many, many moons ago. It is a faded outdated has-been . The food is awful, unhealthy and full of chemical preservatives. Nothing is made in-house anymore. It is very poorly managed and I think they will shut down soon. The glory days are over and have been for a very long time. When the Thal Bros. owned this place it was great. It hasnt been good in many years. It is filthy dirty and should be shut down by the health department.
