My husband ordered 2 dozen red, pink and white roses for Valentines Day. What I got was 2 dz of 6 different colors. Red, ugly brownish red, pink, salmon, white, varigated (aka minuette) 4 sprigs of babys breath and the ugliest red bow ever known to man! The roses were already blown open and crammed all together in a vase. The poor things couldnt breathe!!! I called and complained and was told it would be taken care of the next morning and what they brought for replacement was worse than the 1st! They had a chance to make it right and they didnt. I could have gotten flowers from Publix that were better!! I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. I used to own my own florist in Panama City. I know exactly what 2 dz roses that are ONLY red, pink and white should look like! For the price, they should be large and showy, with plenty of space between the roses so they dont rot! Oh I almost forgot! The delivery person showed up the 1st day with her electronic cigarette stuck between her teeth!! At least she left it in her car the second time.

My father paid to have flowers delivered to my mother to her job for their Anniversary, they waited all the way to the end of the work day to make the delivery. We placed the order at 11am and they went to deliver at 4:30pm, by that time my mother was already home and they refused to have the flowers delivered to my home so that she can have them. Instead they wanted my mother to drive back to her job to pick them up. I will NOT be ordering from here again. First and Last time. The woman I spoke to was unprofessional. Something that was suppose to be a beautiful surprise turned out to be an unpleasant experience. Do NOT order from here.

Called today (from Ohio) because my girlfriend and family were flying in for vacation. They delivered an amazingly beautiful arrangement of flowers that waited for them in their hotel room when they arrived. Dee was very thorough on the phone and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!

The flowers are in perfect condition and it was the way as Ive told them how to look BUT they came in late BUT I was informed in an earlier time that there was going to be a delay in the delivery and that I respect.

Worst florist ever! Rudely refused to be accountable for failure to deliver arrangement on recipients birthday and gave me a run around when I asked for refund. Disputed the charge on credit card.
