Lousy florist, with horrible customer service. Go to Flower Kingdom instead. This is the Teleflora florist for Palm Beach Gardens. I ordered a PREMIUM Daises and Sunshine bouquet, and they delivered a mediocre bouquet, with wilting accent flowers, for my Mom for Mothers Day. I called Telefloras customer service and complained. Floral Gardens and Gifts promised to send a new bouquet out the same day, but never did. And, when I contacted them about not following through, the florist claimed that the product was fine as-is, end of story. If it were fine as-is, then why originally promise to deliver a new bouquet? Avoid, avoid, avoid.

If it as possible to give 0 stars this place would receive it. I have never received such bad customer service in my life. My gf was suppose to receive flowers for our anniversary at her work place during reasonable business hours. Instead, this company delivered flowers to her work at 9:30 at night when she was no longer working. The delivery man called to tell her he would be there in 20 minutes, so no longer a surprise, and never showed up until over an hour later. The shop owner was unwilling to offer any help other then say they are there now and to go get them. STAY AWAY!

Our office uses Floral Gardens & Gifts when we want to send thank you flowers for booking your trip with us or as a Welcome Home gift. After sharing our thoughts and budget, the ladies at the store create beautiful bouquets which our clients love. I highly recommend this florist.
