My boyfriend ordered purple tulips that were shown online. they were disgusting red tulips that had yellow fringe on it...the very next day they were shriveled and dead. I called and spoke with a woman named Charity and she told me tulips are not in season so I said ok...he knows i love sunflowers are those in season. she said YES she will make me a beautiful arrangement with sunflowers. Yesterday I was delivered the new flowers that were teeny tiny pink tulips that had brown edges on some of them. they also had some weed looking purple things in there...that most of them had dead centers. When I called to speak to charity she was not there as this was nothing that we had discussed. I was SCREAMED at by an older gentleman that they werent dead and that he ordered them special for me. Complete bullocks...and to be spoken to as the woman who was only just to be a recipient of these flowers, I was completely appalled. I feel sorry for his wife or girlfriend if that is how he talks to strangers. They had the balls to come pick up these horrible pink tulips this afternoon...which is just fine by me because i would never be proud to have received or sent out flowers that looked like this...HORRIBLE!!!!

I had a very distasteful experience here today. Based on the comments given here, I went there rather than to my regular florist. I saw an arrangement of a dozen roses and assorted other flowers in the case and asked how much it was. The said $35 and I said I wanted a similar arrangement, but a bouquet only, not an arrangement in a vase. When the bouquet was presented to me there were only two roses with assorted flowers and greenery. I questioned the person who did the arranging, and told Im there were only two roses and not the dozen I in the arrangement I pointed out. He informed me that a dozen roses was $50. To me, this is a clear case of BAIT & SWITCH. I told them that they just lost what would have been a steady customer, and left the meager bouquet there, They had the opportunity to make their customer happy, and they chose not to.. I went around the corner to Victoria Park Flower Studio and purchased a lovely bouquet of a dozen roses and greenery for the astounding cost of $9.99. Granted this wasnt an arrangement with other flowers, but I got what asked for and they were beautiful.

Worst experience buying flowers ever. They didnt deliver the flowers for Valentines day. When I called to see why they didnt deliver them and where the flowers were..the girl who answered the phone was completely rude put me on hold a couple times and then the explanation for why they didnt deliver the flowers ....get ready for this ....the driver they hired "flaked out and stole all the flowers and didnt respond all day". So I asked her why didnt anyone call me and tell me this earlier so we could try to fix this and have something delivered today. she replied "I dont know l" so I said OK and then she had the nerve to say "thank you have a good day" and hung up so I had to call back and ask her when would this be refunded to my credit card and her answer believe it or not was "well my boss is really busy so hes not going to do it today or tomorrow hell probably do it next week I guess." Horrible customer service all the way around Im going to have to stick with the big flower chains from now on because I know itll get delivered what a waste of time and money

My husband sent an arrangement through FTD He ordered Sat morning it was delivered by Ft Lauderdale Florist. It was NOTHING like the picture 1/2 the size. But the worst parts are their were dying flowers broken ferns dead bud and the Vaz was filthy. I have NEVER in my 55 years Received anything like this from anywhere. I cant get a hold of the I want them to see this. I have taken pictures each day. This is day 3 and it is smelling rotten. Even though FTD is refunding my money. I wanted to speak to a manager and they (FTD) have yet to call me. This company should not be with FTD. How could someone in business let this get out of the store is beyond me. I wish I could post pictures may put it on Facebook. I wish there was a no star I guess the good thing they got it here.

This place has to be the worst place to order flowers. What I ordered online and what I got delivered were two completely different things. They delivered the wrong order first of all, what was in the picture didnt look like nothing in actually and the flowers were dead upon arrival. When I called them they transfered me to 4 people who couldnt even help me or they would just give me the run around about when I would get a refund or at least the correct order of flowers. Then they had an audacity to say to call back after Mothers Day. Like why? Whats the point! Mothers Day would be over. Why should my mother have wait until after Mothers Day to get flowers. This place has horrible customers service point blank

I also picked this florist from Google because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was the polar opposite of the previous reviewer. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother the Friday before Mothers Day. My mom said she received them, but the flowers looked so bad that she actually took them back to this florist and asked that they refund my credit card account. They wouldnt do that, but did make a second arrangement. Sadly, it was not much better than the first one she received. I will add that my mom has worked as a florist off and on for many years and she said it was the first time she was inclined to return flowers. Bottom line is use this shop at your own risk.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered the Telefloras Roses and Pearls Bouquet for Valentines Day, and it was horrible. It looked nothing like the picture, there was one rose and 2 chrysanthemums, which werent supposed to be in the bouquet. It was also much smaller than the picture. The card was just a receipt with some print. The vase was different, and I ordered a balloon that never came. When I tried to call the company, there was no answer. This is a horrible business, and I will NEVER purchase from them again. There are much better quality flowers for much cheaper in the area. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

This place is useless. I wanted to surprise my wife and let me tell you, I was the one who was surprised! They delivered the wrong order. The order was not even close to what I ordered. They offered to replace it with the correct order. I accepted and the 100.00 set of flowers died in 2 days. Then I was told they would replace the dead flowers and it has been 2 days and nothing has arrived. If you want good customer service ans expect quality flowers to be onetime and last more then 2 days, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM LIKE SO MANY OTHERS IN S. FLA!!!!!
