Victoria Park Flower Studio is AMAZING! I did a ton of research and Victoria Park Flower Studio was by far the best in terms of customer service, price, creativity, and style! Not only are their prices low, they create the most beautiful floral arrangements! They took my vision and made it a million times better! They made even more floral arrangements than I thought I paid for! The bouquets were stunning and very well made, the boutineer a were so intricate and matched my bouquets perfectly, the grandmother corsages were on beautiful pearl bracelets, the centerpieces were gorgeous and Ive never seen anything like them, the chuppah had 2 large beautiful, elegant arrangements, there were beautiful floral arrangements throughout the chairs down the aisle, pink rose petals down the aisle, beautiful floral arrangements at the cocktail hour, so many beautiful flowers on and around my wedding cake, and my sweetheart table was to die for!!! I cant say enough about how beautiful my wedding was because of Victoria Park Flower Studio! Steven is such a pleasure to work with as is every member of his team! Steven delivered each and every bouquet, boutineer, and corsage to my loved ones and I later found out that he even put on my dads boutineer. I really appreciated that Steven stayed through cocktail hour to make sure everything was right and he came back at the end of the wedding and broke everything down. I will be forever greatful that I chose Victoria Park Flower Studio!!!

This review is in relation to their distance (online) ordering. From the other reviews here, it sounds like their in-store service may be better. I ordered from them twice online for my mom. The first time went off without a hitch - they delivered a pretty bouquet to my mom right on her birthday, and she was very happy. The next time, for this past mothers day, I think they got overwhelmed and didnt pull through. When they went out to deliver on Sunday, she wasnt home and didnt receive the door tag they said they had left (wind? misreporting? who knows.), plus no one called either one of us, which was too bad cause she lives just up the street. It ended up ruining her day because she thought her kids forgot about her. I called the studio and spoke with Cliff a couple days later, and without any apology whatsoever, he bounced back with a rhetorical, "we could have left the flowers outside to wilt and die if thats what you wanted." The conversation devolved from there. Later in the day I spoke with Steve, the owner, who was much more reasonable, apologized, and even offered me a refund. Overall, Id say based on one experience being a 4 or a 5 and the other being a 1, that this place is alright but I would avoid ordering remotely on a major holiday until they get their act together for handling a large delivery volume.

Just a phenomenal job done by them! Wow!! When I went in, I know little to nothing about flowers, and they were pulling flowers on the internet as well as taking my inside their flower wonderland, and I got a little lost when they were telling me flower names, so I had a "whatever they want to do" attitude.... and wow.. was I right. The flower arrangements were GORGEOUS!!! I had went to a florist before visiting them, and I told the previous florist what I wanted and how much my budget was... he went into his freezer and pulled out the exact opposite and gave me a quote almost double my budget.. I was so discouraged. When I went in for a consult with Victoria Park Studio my faith was restored... they were inexpensive and amazing. I will be ordering arrangements from them often! Fabulous job guys. So very impressed. Thank you soooo much! Brides... book them as fast as you can.

Disappointing! I have lived in Victoria Park for three years and I have received many flower arrangements from here. UNFORTUNATELY I feel like they are always lackluster and blah. Not very professionally done either. I feel like even I can make these arrangements myself way better. the flower arrangements are always uneven and lopsided. I just got one from my husband on mothers day and honestly it was UGLY. three different color roses that dont even match right. one color was big and gorgeous but there were only 6 of them. then they filled the rest with cheap ugly roses which were already browning! I had to tell my husband to never order from them again. PLUS it is SO OVERPRICED! you or your recipients will be much happier ordering from another place.

I am more than pleased with the EXCELLENT! EXCEPTIONAL service received on June 12th,2013. My friends were celebrating their 37yr. wedding anniversary at a restaurant close by and I needed to send flowers to them on very short notice as a surprise. I called Victoria Park Flowers spoke to Lou -he was friendly and professional. Within an hour before their reservation this Florist executed the most beautiful arrangement and hand delivered it to the restaurant. My friends were truly surprised and sent me their photo with the arrangement at the table. I was totally satisfied with what I saw. Victoria Florist will now be my first choice in sending arrangements for any occassion I have. Thank you Lou -

Ordered my sister a (what looked like) nice, big bouquet of flowers last week. Although they were very fast and easy to deal with, the flower bouquet was completely different from the pictures and it was not as nearly as big as the dimension description on the website. They did disclose that "sometimes" the flowers will not be the same exact thing but you would think it comes close to it. What i saw that she received was not worth $60 AT ALL. I have seen nicer flowers at local supermarkets. Overall i was not happy that I wanted to surprise my sister with a nice arrangement and i come to find out that the flowers she received were not anything I expected at all.

Steven and the entire team at Victoria Park Flower Studio did an awesome job with the flowers and table decorations for our wedding. We couldnt have been happier with them - they were everything we asked for and more! Everyone commented on how gorgeous the bouquets were and how unique the table arrangements were. Steventruly has a gift for knowing what would look best and it was so nice to know this part of the wedding planning would be taken care of perfectly without having to worry about it. We cant thank Stevenenough for making sure every last detail was just perfect!

Extremely impressed! Ordered flowers for my moms birthday. I placed an order online and they notice my billing address and the delivery address we the same. They went out of their way to call and confirm the address and the receipt to make sure my mom had the delivery to the right place on the right day. I really appreciated the customer service and the my mom was floored by how beautiful the flowers were. This will be my go to flower shop!
