Such a poor vendor! If I could rate 0 stars I would! First I would like to start that this vendor is VERY expensive for the quality of work that she delivers. Not only does she not listen to what you, the customer wants, she is very unorganized and rude. My wife booked this florist over a year ago after meeting her a bridal show. She is explained everything she wanted and was given a price. She wrote a check for the full amount and was happy with her purchase, until she received a copy of her contract in the mail and one of the things she ordered was crossed off (because this old vendor writes her whole contract in very sloppy handwriting) the orchids she wanted in the center of the vases was crossed off the contract, I personally tried several times to get in contact with Sylvia to correct the issue and for over a month I could not get ahold of her, which was very worry some. When I finally did get ahold of her, she claimed she had been having phone issues... yeah okay for a month? I dont think so! Then closer to our wedding my wife met with her again, our numbers went down so we needed less centerpieces ect. We didnt ask for a refund, but asked Sylvia to use the flowers elsewhere, like making my wifes bouquet bigger (because is a plus size girl) and Sylvia adjusted the contract and we thought everything was fine until a week before the wedding the cake vendor called and said the florist wouldnt return her calls for flowers on the cake! This was a whole ordeal we had to deal with a few days before our wedding! The day of the ceremony, A Red Rose was LATE, my brides bouquet was TINY and wasnt even composed of the flowers she had requested and she didnt even have her bouquet for her bridal portraits, I didnt have my boutonnière for my first look, and when I did finally receive my boutonniere is was crushed, brown tinged and dead looking as were my fathers, the brides father, the grandfathers ect. The roses for the centerpieces were the wrong color, dark pink and dark yellow instead of coral and butter yellow. Sylvia and her team showed up to the venue looking like street people, no professional attire AT ALL, which would have been fine if the werent staying an hour after the ceremony setting up flowers where my guests could see how unprofessional they looked. And to top it all off after my bride gave her a 3 star rating on the wedding wire, stating "flowers were beautiful just not what I had ordered" Sylvia commented back very rude nasty things including telling my new wife how overweight she is. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST FOR ANYTHING! SAVE YOUR MONEY, READ THE BAD REVIEW ON THE KNOT THAT WE MISSED AND LOOK ELSEWHERE! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND FRUSTRATION! THIS IS NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH ON A DAY YOU WILL REMEMBER FOREVER!
