My family ordered funeral flowers from Pete Donati & Sons as they were the florist the funeral home referred us to. They did a beautiful job and were reasonably priced. I called about a standing spray that was listed as $150 on the website and the gentlemen I talked to said he could make it look fuller and better than the picture for only $125. He advised me on another order as well which ended up being cheaper than what I picked on the site. I appreciated the honesty and great work since I never dealt with this company before. The flowers were so beautiful and I highly recommend them! Ill definitely be ordering from them in the future.

I have never used this florist and didnt give them much information to work with .My mother passed and I wanted something from the 8 grandchildren for the casket but not typical. She loved bright colors. When I told them what I wanted to spend, the gentleman said it wasnt necessary-he could do what I wanted for $49.95. They did a large beautiful spray with daisies, carnations, other bright colored flowers that spanned the width of the casket .That was a week ago and the flowers are still fresh and beautiful. For price, quality and good customer service I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

I should start off by saying I love any business that has animals roam the storeftont, and they do! Going to Donatis is almost like going to Grandmas, in the sense that youre greeted right away and ask if you need help. The dogs meander through the store and the people working are more than happy to answer any question you may have. Pete designs beautiful floral arrangements and every time I get flowers people always comment how beautiful, fresh and long lasting they are! Definitely a south hills teeasure!

This past January I chaired the oldest event in Pittsburgh, The Cinderella Ball, and after working with many florists around town throughout the years, I must say Donatis is the best! No Diva attitudes, just exquisite flowers at amazing prices. A professional family run business that bends over backwards to give you what you ask for from them. My co-chair and I are still receiving compliments about the flowers that night.
