By far the worst flower shop I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I ordered 2 flower arrangements.. one for a very ill individual and a second just for a general "I love you". Upon the arrival of the flowers I went over to take a look at them. The first set was to contatin pink roses, a pink polka dot ribbon, and pink vase. I got red roses, the correct ribbon, and a square clear jar. The seond arrangement was to contact orange spray roses, purple carnations, and a mixture of this pretty green plant (which I cant remember what it was) and got none of the above. I got these horribly cheap looking replacements. Upon emailing them, the owner messaged back and told me they no longer use the pink vase because it was too small and she had to update her site (should have been told that). She said the roses were probably hot pink (which they were not.. MAYBE one or two of them you could call that). The other basket she said they ran out of a few things and that I got something better which I didnt. The basket had nothing the same nor looked like their online order.. she said she would have to talk to the decorator. *They didnt even look good, before mentioning anything my girlfriends family and neighbors laughed at how much I spent and how bad they looked* The owner said she in the email she would refund me but would pick them up in the morning. Before I had a chance to wake up or respond to her, they had called the recipient, and told her to sit the flowers outside. No offer to fix them, just a we want them back then youll get your money. My Fiances mother called them and complained to which Chris, the owner, said she would have them picked up. The mother asked what she would do with them and thats the most ridiculous thing she had ever heard. She said "she would take them home because there was nothing wrong with them". True there was nothing "wrong" with the flowers themselves.. just the morons who assembled them. There may be nothing wrong with them, except its not what I ordered or spent $100.00 on? She also made sure to tell her that I emailed and belittled her..... which I did not? I told her the poor quality, me not receiving what I had asked, and requested a refund. Like another reviewer says "only place to not get my order right". So true. If you are spending the money I would advise to go to Donatis or even down to Giant Eagel and make your own bouquet. Also, still waiting on my refund after they removed them from the recievers house. Chris is highly unprofessional, not helpful, and if this experience was any sign of their business practice I would be nothing but ashamed. Buyer beware.

I had to plan my wedding long distance and was in Pittsburgh for only a short time. I found Wallace Bethel Park Florists because they were the only florists willing to meet with me on short notice. I’m so glad that they did! I communicated with a lot of other florists online but I found that Wallace Bethel Park Florists were the most affordable and accommodating. Also, I really only wanted very simple flowers for my wedding but every other florist I spoke to made me feel pressured to use elaborate (aka expensive) centerpieces. The folks at Wallace Bethel Park Florists just went along with whatever I asked for and also gave me a lot of advice on what would look good. They even integrated a set of crystal stems I owned into the arrangements and my bouquet. It’s also worth noting that while other florists steered me away from hydrangeas (which they told me would wilt before the end of the reception) the Wallace Bethel Park Florists promised that they prepare theirs in such a way that they would last the whole night. Three days after the wedding my hydrangeas still looked fresh! What impressed me most though was that when I arrived at the church, one of the employees was there waiting to pin all the boutonnieres on the groomsmen and to make sure that I was happy with everything. Not only would I recommend them to a bride, I was so pleased with how honest, friendly and accommodating they were that I plan on exclusively giving them my business in the future.

Wallace Flowers was the florist for our wedding. The owner promised full service. She promised to be at the church with the flowers to make sure the brides bouquet was satisfactory and assured us that she would stay until the bride walked down the aisle. I got this info early in the planning stage because a florist did not show up for another wedding that I was in, and this was very upsetting to the MOB. I wanted to make sure that this would not happen again. Guess what? When the bridal party arrived at the church, the florist was already gone. The flowers were in boxes with no florist to pass them out!!!!! The MOB was very upset and felt that we were not given the service that we paid for. When I contacted the owner later, she made excuses about how she could not be at the church because it would make her late for placing the reception flowers in time. The wedding was at 4pm, and the reception started at 7pm. Travel time--20 minutes. I will never use this florist again and get very upset when I even think about her lack of service. This is the ONLY vendor that did not deliver the service as promised.

I dont like to order flowers over the internet if I need to have them delivered. I prefer to research local florists and call them directly. I did that with Bethel Park Flowers for a Christmas centerpiece. She lives nearby, I live in Texas. I talked to the owner for a long time, and knew he was going to produce a beautiful arrangement. My sister loved it. It also was delivered on time. The price was very fair. If I have to send her another gift, I will be sure to use this establishment.

We used them for our wedding in August and I got as many compliments on the flowers as I did my dress. The flowers were beautiful and delivered to our location in the hot humid weather in perfect condition. Chris was caring and patient during the stressful wedding planning process. In the past weve used them for funerals and they made all the personalizations we could have asked for.

We have ordered flowers for years from Wallace Flowers in Bethel Park and have never been disappointed. Recently ordered the centerpieces for our future daughter-in-laws bridal shower. Chris kept within budget and they were adorable and well received...everyone wanted to know where the flowers were from. We have hired them for the wedding and know they will be beautiful!.

Ordered flowers for a funeral. They were nice enough to tell me someone ordered a very similar arrangement and offered to alter it at no price change. They were wonderful, had a great relationship with the funeral home, and I got emailed my receipt immediately. Would recommend them to anyone.
