Louis really came through for us on our wedding day. After our original florist canceled on us due to health reasons, we started searching for a replacement florist for our wedding in April. My father-in-law came across Downtown Flowers and was impressed by their excellent reviews. He contacted Louis, the owner, and they immediately clicked. Once I reached out to Louis to explain my vision and color scheme, I felt the same way. As a bride, I wanted everything to look perfect on the big day, and Louis was great about giving me a sense of peace and reassurance throughout the planning process. He always kept me updated on his progress and was good about asking for my feedback on his work. When I walked into Rusty Pelican on April 8th, I was floored by how perfect the ballroom looked. Louis truly brought my vision to life. Thank you for everything!

Louis took good care of me and arranged a wonderful flower bouquet for my wife while she was away at the Intercontinental at a Conference downtown during Valentines week. His service was excellent and his attention to personal detail and customer service was fantastic. Did this in less than 2 hours and delivered it right to her hotel room via the concierge... Hideous experience. I placed an order on 26th November for delivery on 2nd December. After leaving my credit card details I received a confirmation that my order had been accpepted. Today I called to check that the order had been successfully delivered and was told, "No, I dont have your order and my boss has the computer, I cant help you". Absolutely baffling. To send someone a confirmation that the order was accepted and then not to act on it is bizarre and unprofessional. Now I have to find another florist in Miami at late notice when the flowers should have already arrived.

Helped me out in a last minute pinch and were absolutely exceptional people. I accidentally gave a little bad delivery information and the gentleman delivering the flowers called and was very polite to confirm information. This occurred on Mothers Day, which I know they had to be completely slammed, but still went out of their way to assist me and also be very nice doing so. I would highly recommend them!
