Not what I expected, but may be perfect for some enthusiasts and friends of friends of the owner. Despite fabulous SEO rankings, this business is not professionally operated. I gives the appearance of being a run out of a guys garage. There are tools, trash and rusting old motorcycles and scooters strewn throughout the yard. Plus, in my interaction, a disdainful attitude toward a prospective new customer. All this gave me the impression the entrepreneur behind this operation is more of a mechanic for his riding buddies versus a legit repair shop. (Was also told my bike repair would be a "pet project" that he wouldnt get to for 3-months). I admire any entrepreneur so kudos for Moto Virginia on that front. But if you gain confidence from dealing with a shop with professional standards, youre not going to find it here.

I was on my way home on a 2800 mile trip and discovered my rear sprocket started to lose teeth. I had 500+ miles left so I made an emergency detour to Moto Virginia. I called ahead, they held the sprocket for me until I arrived the next day. They worked me into their schedule the same morning and got me going again right away. The guys working here are good, honest guys, willing to lend a hand, and provide great service too. Give them a try if you need work on your motorcycle next time.

Woke up to a dead battery on my Ducati ST-4. Got in touch with Dirk, the Owner, and he found me a battery, came to my hotel, installed the new battery, and charged me a fair price. A man of competence and integrity.
