I brought a stackable washer and dryer maybe 1 1/2 yes ago, why do I need $451.00 of work when you this companby they could care less. Never again. Thinking about calling The Better Business Bureau, defected machine. Will not refer anyone to this company. The first thing out of his mouth $79.00 just to come out and look at it. Not interested in what I had to say. Really, I hung up on you. Do you remember that when I asked you for GE telephone number, you told me that I did not need your help to post on google, therefore, I did not need your help to get their telephone number in a very nasty tone and thats when I hung up. When you lie tell a good lie. THIS is behind me all went well for me. BBB, I thank you. Never again will I buy anything from your establishment. WHO wanted a free repair. What a joke.

It is a family owned business that gives great customer service and has always been able to get me whatever appliances we need. I have been buying from the team at Park Appliance for over ten years. Extremely knowledgable staff have helped me choose appliances based on my criteria and needs. I have only had a positive experience having bought a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator, etc. There is no hard pressure sale like in the big box stores and they will gladly make a house call to diagnose any issues. Keep doing what you are doing.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I should have gone somewhere else considering how rude they were from the moment I called to ask questions but I gave them a chance anyway. As soon as one thing went wrong with my experience and I voiced my concerns, I was spoken to with a level of disrespect that was just unbelievable and hung up on repeatedly. Dispicable company.
