I had a washing machine break down on a Saturday and they had the part and hung out for me to get there. Not only was that great but they smoked the prices online when I googled the part number before hand. Then my dryers thermal fuse went so I called them up. Unfortunately they didnt have it in stock but they had no problem telling me where I could get it. They will always be at the top of my list to call when I need anything appliance related. Thanks for all your help, I hope my review helps.

Unprofessional and infuriating! I called and sent pictures, and was told they would pay $100 for my used refrigerator and cart away my washer with no compensation for that. When the driver arrived, however, he said he was not authorized to pay me for the fridge. He said hed call his boss and get back to me. He drove away, and I heard nothing more. I called twice, left a message, but never heard from them. This left me in a bind as I had a deadline that I almost did not meet.

Nothing but good things to say about Refrigerator City! Thanks to the repairman who first turned me on to them, I purchased a washing machine, a stove and most recently a refrigerator from them, all great deals! The washing machine was for a temporary purpose and it has lasted beyond my expectations. (going on 5 years and still operating perfectly!). which is why Ive come back again and again for my other appliances, and recommended them to everyone!
