It’s nice dealing with people who are so experienced and passionate about what they do. My boyfriend and I are new to the area and I work right around the corner from College TV, so I stopped in when we needed a new air conditioner. Painfully unequipped with any of our apartment’s dimensions (who knew buying an air conditioner was such an exercise in precision?), the owner Joe, spent 15 minutes on the phone with my boyfriend who was luckily home and able to take the measurements we needed to get the proper-sized unit. Ultimately, I settled on a Frigidaire that they had in stock. A few days after we bought it, the store called us to make sure we were satisfied! <3 <3

I finally came here for a new TV after driving by countless times and I will definitely be coming back for any other appliance I need. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying something. I dealt directly with the stores owner, Joe, and he is knowledgable and patient. At no point did I feel pressured to buy something. You will not receive this kind of customer service at any of the big stores, period. There is definitely a reason these guys have been around for so long. The best!
