If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered a new fridge online, it said the store would check the stock and confirm within 24 hours that it was still available. Next day it was confirmed and I was told within 24 hours I would get a call about delivery. 2 days later I call the 1-877 number for them to call the store and tell me they were sold out and TOO BUSY to call and they were planning to call me later today. I was offered to come into the store, my whole point was they CONFIRMED on Thursday it was in stock but sold the last one on Friday and the whole point of online was to save me from the aggravation of going into Voorhees with 2 sick kids. I was told someone from the store would call me to confirm the cancellation. 5 HOURS later, still nothing, so I called the 1-877 number AGAIN for them to tell me what I already knew, it still wasnt cancelled. After freaking out about how they took my money the minute they confirmed 2 days prior but want to delay on giving my money back then he proceeded to call the store AGAIN. Finally I was told it was cancelled but I would not receive my money for 7-10 business days. NEVER NEVER NEVER will I attempt to make a purchase through them again. Horrible customer service.

After reading all the negative reviews on delivery issues my wife and I still decided to purchase a couple items from this store and I guess that was our fault. Delivery was originally scheduled for Wednesday but I had them change the delivery to the Saturday prior (today) and Andy (store manager) said it wouldnt be a problem. I call this morning since I didnt get a call telling me what time they would deliver and Rob (supposedly another manager) says they went over their mileage (whatever that means) and now it wont be delivered till next Friday since they changed us to Saturday and now our Wednesday slot was now taken. I ask for the name of their district manager and "he doesnt know". Are you serious???? I took off work, emptied the refrigerator and moved things around to prepare for the delivery. And what Rob offered was splitting the $80 delivery charge? Ill make sure that everyone knows about this horrible service. Dont take a chance. Go elsewhere. This is ridiculous.

The delivery system at this place is horrific. My husband and I purchased a stove and scheduled a delivery for a Wednesday. Due to some sort of computer glitch the delivery was not properly scheduled for that day, but the sales lady assured us that she would personally make sure it was delivered that day. My husband took of work and- surprise-no stove. So he called and rescheduled for today, Sunday. When he called this morning to see what time we could expect the delivery he was told that we were not on the schedule and the private delivery company they use was already out for the day. They appear to have no way of communicating with the delivery people. At this point there is no indication that I will actually receive my purchase at any time in the near future. No one at Sears wants to take the blame. We were told they had texted the manager. Ummm, no. Pick up the phone, call someone, and figure it out. Piss poor delivery and customer service.

Worst purchase i have ever made, shame on your sears. I purchased a samsung fridge for over $2000 and the handles didnt bolt up the right way due to being rusted/used which i was unaware of. The delivery guys came with no tools and they couldnt install them till 1 week later. Then i purchased a top on the line whirlpool cabrio washer and dryer. Washer locking latch didnt work, 1 week later a tech shows up with no parts or materials, but knowledge of the job and type of washer and what the problem was. Now i have to wait another week for the part and then schedule a tech to come out. worst experience i could imagine, delivery guys were not knowledgable and techs were unprepared and ill equipped to do the job at had which they knew they were showing up for. guess thats what happens when you sub out work or pay people by the job. i will be returning all of these appliances

This place could not have been any worse, I ordered online, When they called to set up for delivery they told me the nearest delivery date for my location was two weeks, the night before delivery automated call called to set up a delivery window the next day just before delivery they call and say they did not send it and its not coming ,the next available time is two more weeks from now. Two weeks later I get a call Thursday night for Friday delivery window 2 oclock to 4 oclock I call at 5 oclock on Friday they say they sent the wrong list to the delivery company for phone calls and that Its not coming and they were supposed to call and did not cancel and now my delivery will come on Sunday , but I dont have Highhopes itll show up. No one really seems like they care

Dont buy anything from the outlet store. Bought a refrigerator in January 2017 and had two problems with it and you wait forever for an appt, what does that tell you? Lost everything in my refrigerator and have to wait almost 2 weeks for a service person to come out. Still fighting with them! I have been calling everyday and they tell me they put me on a emergency schedule, but will call back and let me know the date, 2 days and still waiting. I will never buy another thing from that place!! Ive never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I should have known that by the way the salesmans inexperienced rudeness! Lesson learned.

They dont deserve a one star.Horrible customer service and a waste for the service agreement they charged me, was supposed to have a replacement refrigerator, specs provided were incorrect when they tried to deliver so they told me to reorder, its been almost 6 months and every manager i talk to promises to call me back with a code needed to reorder and I still am waiting for that call. I have purchased so much ice and a stand alone ice maker they promised to reimburse back to me in February still waiting. My only choice is Better Business Bureau.

What a terrible experience. Washer dryer was supposed to be brand new in box. After a ridiculous delivery process that required me to spend an entire day waiting around, when they removed the stuff from the box it was totally destroyed. I was ensured that a refund would be automatic. Two weeks later, still no refund. Endless hours on the phone with clueless customer service employees with no idea how to help. This place is the seventh level of hell. Avoid at all costs.

Awful.6 months ago I spent almost $5000 and they refused to give me a break. Worse yet they sold me appliances that were deemed damaged beyond repair and theyre giving me a hell of a time getting my appliance replaced, even with the extended waranty. What a way to do business. They dont even answer the phone when you call.

Delivery has been a nightmare I have call outlet store and deliver company since they were a know show on Saturday many times over many days. Washer has been on a truck for 4days and today y They tell me 5p to 7 p for deliver. If not here today I will cancelled order.
