We purchased a fairly expensive self cleaning oven 4 years ago and have had continuous problems with it since the beginning. Initiially the touch pad kept blowing out. That problem has so far been resolved. The latest and most ongoing isssue is the fuse blows when using the self cleaning option. The miniscule and inexpensive fuse must be ordered. We are now on our third overly extended repair call to replace the same parts. Currently I am, after 3 weeks, finally able to use the oven to cook in but still cant self clean. It seems we need a higher voltage fuse. Wrong parts are ordered and then another week or two goes by. We were told by a salesperson to buy Easy Off which you are not supposed to use!!! Yet another set of wrong parts arrived today. The service manager is now being "unavailable" since I finally lost all patience and yelled at him over the phone and this after 4 years of repair calls and dragged out service. I cant imagine what kind of service well get now!!! We bought the 5 year extended warranty at a pretty price and once that expires we will never deal with Albo again. Beware...nice and helpful until you have a problem.

Very quick to pounce once you walk in the door. I was shopping and planning on buying from this location until I arrived. Once they saw meat walk in the door, it was almost a scuffle to see who could close me. I decided that while they had the make, model and pricing I liked, I would take my business elsewhere - simply do to the food chain that is so readily evident in the store. If they were a bit less on the power sale, it would have been a done deal. Management has to take a bit more control and rein in the sales staff to be much less aggressive.

They have been a life-saver. Consistently given the best prices. I bought a dishwasher from Sears - what a disaster. Ill never do that again. Threw Sears, their lousy delivery service, and even worse installation service out the door, went to Albo, and got a better price for the same dishwasher, and their installer was incredible. Later bought a washer and dryer set from them, also below other places prices, also great delivery. I cant say enough about it being a great place, and they have put my mind at ease with major purchases.

Please disregard C.H. Cohens review. I am always happy when staff bend over backwards to save me time. Who wants to loiter in an appliance store? I have better things to do so I do my research on Consumer Reports & head to Albo for a good deal with an on-the-spot purchase. I have always found the staff ATTENTIVE knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. I have bought a number of appliances from Albo as well as the extended warranties. My dryer had issues & it was covered for cost-free repair 3-yrs after purchase.

Albo Mount Holly Salesman JEFF quoted a good price on the phone for a Maytag dishwasher, then when we arrived at the store he says he "misquoted". It was $200 higher!!! No other offer was made. No apology. The store manager also never apologized. This is a classic "bait and switch" that should be illegal. I will never purchase anything from ALBO in the future. The folks at ABC in Medford were much nicer and they matched Albos price.
