Worst service experience EVER!!!!!! Everthing was delivered today, without a phone call, as mentioned in the email. Not properly installed, wrong cable delivered (which is ok, it happens) but not having one spare on hand??????? Worst of it is the they left the friggin drier in my kitchen, saying "someone will call to schedule an install" which will be after Labor Day!!!!! I am actually considering filing a law suit against this branch for feeding me promises and not even slightly showing will to comply..... This is BS!!!!

there customer service is horrible. my hot water heater broke on August 5. today is August 26 and it has not been installed. theyve only had one person come look at it and take pictures. it just recently got dropped off but now they still have not came out and installed it. my kids start school next week and they dont even have hot water to take a shower and I cant wash clothes. when I called customer service about it they hung up on me twice. they give poor excuses as to why it took so long to come out and look at it.

worst experience ever came there to return some damaged item that I ordered online the OLD lady cashier was SO RUDE to me. she refused to except my return. she sent me to Kmart even on return instruction says return items to Sears. worst customer service ever!!!! the way she talked to me I felt so down.. thats why this store is always empty, no one shops there with employees like that. will never buy anything from sears again

Pathetic Costumer Service. I was checking home theater system in the department, where this rep came from no were and told me to shut down, instead of helping me. I was only trying to help them out with their creepy left over inventory as I am stuck with store gift card.

Sears has always been a low end department store but how far they have fallen. Their regular prices are generally higher than the competition but they sometimes have sales like everyone else does. Sears will continue to lose market share to the cheaper Walmart and Target.

I had an appointment made a month ahead! Arrived and was told they had no information about inspection and Id have to leave it over night!!! Even the dealership doesnt require overnight drops nevertheless screwing customers over like this!!! Never going back!

They legit need to hire new people. Both neshaminy and Oxford valley are garbage when it comes to customer service. Absolutely terrible. Theres one guy in the tools section names Brian and hes great but thats it

I went into this sears this Spring and was shock to see the entire second floor closed! Very sad since I always found Sears had the best, most reasonable selection and prices. Guess the world is changin :-(.
