Ordered a workbench - No one wanted to actually take the order, and everyone was rude. I stated why I was calling on the last phone call (to see if the delivery truck had arrived) and I was bounced around the store. Finally got someone, he took my number to look up the order, then placed the phone on the counter...not on hold. This turned out to be very interesting since I could overhear what they were saying. After 3 minutes of general background noise I overheard the first guy tell another guy what I was looking for, the second guy said "oh, this fu**in guy again? Tell him the truck is running late and itll be here around 1:30." I was blown away. Needless to say, Ill be shopping at Lowes from now on.

I rarely give these big box places 5 stars because every time I go to one for my shopping needs, I end up having to go to the competition 2 blocks away. Well, this is my go to Home Improvement store here in Rehoboth Beach. Every time I went to Lowes, Id leave annoyed and head over to Home Depot, and every time Home Depot had what I needed. Bye bye Lowes. Customer service in this store is actually pretty good, and instead of loading 36 sheets of half inch subfloor by myself, employees helped me! Im sold!

We have been extremely pleased with the people staffing the Lewes Home Depot, particularly Jimmy Moon, Neal in carpeting and Steve in the mid center aisle in doors and windows. Steve most recently went above and beyond as he tracked down the door hardware I needed versus telling me to get a new door. Jimmy is an all around pro in so many departments but if he does not have the answer he finds someone who does. No wonder he quickly became a resident at the Pro Desk. Chad and Rosanne Morris

The lack of associate help in the loading area when youre having obvious issues loading your truck and theyre helping the guy next to you with no problem then walk away as youre still having issues with your loading.
