We thought the local appliance store would have a better customer service. Unfortunately, we were treated rudely over the phone. We were promised that someone is going to return a call to schedule for a measurement. We waited 2 days, no one return the call. When I called again, the person said they forgot to call and asked us to wait again. Poor management and poor customer service. Can you imagine what would they do if there is a problem with their product after installation? Probably they will hang up the phone on you and you will never hear them again. Going back to Homedepot!

They seriously will beat any price. Their products contain all the hookups/accessories. The delivery people are great, and will move the old stuff out for you.
