This negative review is about the CSM named SELINA, she is a terrible employee and deserves to be fired for my God awful experience tonight. Walked in tonight around 11:30 to exchange the size on a pair of shorts I bought over the weekend, no employee was at the front to tag my existing purchase so I looked for someone to help. A CSM( person in charge bit not nessisarily a manager) was working on self checkout registers with another employee. Asked from behind their baracade if there was anyway I could exchange the size of my shorts to which the employee replied aggressivley,"when shes done, and if its before midnight,". I once again asked if the exchange was possible and the lady was even more agressive," I said when shes done." I took that as a hopefull possibility and went to get my correct size, when I arrived at the checkout I explained how I needed an exchange. The casheir said she needed a CSM, go figure it was the same CSM who didnt acknowledge me in the first part of this horror story. " I told Ill do it when I get done!" again, very aggressive. So much so that I cant even exaggerate. " You didnt say anything to me, your employee told me that," I replied. "You can wait until I am done with my stuff in the back!" now, other employees are apauled at her lashing out and being the worst possible customer service representative in the history of my encounters. This childs name is SELINA, about 55 hispanic female with terribly bleached hair and 220LBS. For what ever reason she is a CSM. Hey walmart off of 4th and Q in the wonderful city of Lubbock, do you wander why your sales never scratches the surface of any other walmart in town? Probably because of the terrible colustomer service reps you allow to run that hell hole. t(-__-)t

It has good selection of different items of HomeGoods of clothing for women or men children or babies newborns it has food cooked and groceries their chicken that is already cooked is really good they also sell hot pizza there sometime I mean just depending on the hours of the day they usually have good employees that help you sometimes you catch an employee that just dont care and well press you off their shoulders and say well I dont know or I knew stuff like that so they dont even try to help you sound get an attitude with you and some of them dont even smile but there are really good employees there that you can catch once in awhile that will help you but usually you can find everything on your own they have the signs that tell you what is in that aisle so you kinda can do it by yourself sometimes you just need a little help but its good I like it

I purchased Uncrustables recently, and the freezer case listed two prices for the exact same product. I was charged the higher price at the register, and I questioned this (with the included photos on my phone). The cashier was about to adjust the price, but an assistant manager was nearby. After bringing this to the assistant managers attention, I was told that because the correct price was displayed, I could not be charged the lower price. I paid, and I immediately took my receipt and my photos to Customer Service. I waited for nearly 30 minutes to have my prices adjusted. I visit this Wal-Mart frequently (usually during my lunch hour), and I have consistently had similar issues with each visit.

Horrible Store. They changed the hours as well so its only open til midnight (and its the closest one to Texas Techs campus?) Never have enough cash registers open, products are mislabeled, and the aisles usually have merchandise strewn all over the ground. The staff Ive encountered also look "zombified" all of the time, and the only helpful/friendly staff Ive ever encountered is at the self service counter. The greeters have harassed me before when I brought in a product to return (even though it was in a Walmart Bag and I had a receipt). Bottom line, just dont shop here after 7. Youll thank me.

I went to this Wal-Mart the weekend. I always use coupons when I have them to use. This was the first time they limited me to just 4 coupons for the whole transaction. I was shocked so the checker went to ask the manager and was told just 4-5 coupons can be used. The checker was very nice and didnt say anything when I got back in the line to use the next 4 coupons. So are they trying to put a stop to extreme couponers?

This wal-mart seriously needs new management. Of all the wal-marts in Lubbock this one has the worst customer service. 2 lanes open, no one cares that theres lines that go all the way back to the clothing dept. Also in the self checkout line, I sat and watched the clerk TEXTING and giggling while my light was blinking. For 5 Minutes straight. Sat my stuff on the floor and left. NEVER to return. EVER.

Took almost an hour to check out. Seems like bad management (didnt hire enough help). On top of this, cashier tried to charge me $30 more than what she was supposed to. When I addressed this to her she was rude. After 10-15 minutes of waiting on her floor manager, she finally corrected it. I have never had an experience like this at Wal-Mart. I will never go back to this walmart.

This Walmart has become the worst one out there. I get there no carts available. I get ready to check out a speedy checkout opens then they say it closed when they are checking out customers. Then I get into the other speedy checkout the find out the lady is scanning like 1 item per min it seems like, with a long line at that. This Walmart needs better managing or better training

Two regular cashiers, one 10 items or fewer cashier, tens of customers waiting to pay. To be fair, I hate shopping at Walmart anyway, because Im morally opposed to paying for their employees Medicaid and food stamps when their profits dont justify the low wages, but I stopped at this Walmart out of necessity and now Ill be waiting at least half an hour to pay and get out.

Produce is not fresh.. Clothes racks too close together.. Money center is helpful Garden center gas nice selection Fish die fast from here when purchased Automotive dep. Is fast... Electronic dept. Needs more helpful staff..but the one is better than the South Quaker location...talk about rude people..its like thats has to b a qualification to work there

The slowest and rudest customer service center of all Walmarts. Just to return 1 item we stood in line over 30 minutes only 1 associate working and talking to a customer for at least 10 minutes after she had finished her transaction and management did nothing to send help.

More lanes closed than open and every lane open has a line all the way into the clothing.....afterasking management about it was rudely informed they knew & afterwards saw multiple employees passing by but no more lanes opened......AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

They dont always have what we need. So we wind up going to another Walmart or United. On this particular day we went to 3 Walmarts didnt find what we needed so we went to United and got it. We had been getting it at Walmart. The store was clean.

Used to be open 24 hours. Now nobody knows what the hours are. Its definitely not open until midnight though. Besides that, its just like every other Walmart; hardly ever shopping carts available, mostly so-so service, etc.
