This is the worst place to shop, they have a large staff at all times but none of them have a clue whats going on. If youre curious about a service or item calling to ask about it is a lost cause, theyre not gonna answer the phone once youre transferred. They consistently only open 2 or 3 of the registers out about 20 no matter how long the lines are. While youre waiting in those lines next time scan the area and count how many workers you can spot either sitting or walking around aimlessly. If youre good at remembering faces youll recognize quite a bit of them walking around pretending to be customers. I hate having to go to this place.

This Walmart has to be the absolute worst I have ever seen when it comes to keeping things in stock. Come on people of Williston get this store in shape. The employees at this store are extremely polite and courteous even though they are constantly overwhelmed. I only give the store itself a low rating because of it being so poorly stocked. The employees themselves get a 5 star rating, especially after seeing the way they have to deal with hordes of rude people that have come with the oilfield boom.

Having to wait for a 20 dollar item to be unlocked from the shelf and then being forced to pay for it before leaving the electronics department was beyond disruptive and annoying since I wasnt done shopping. I chose to buy it in-store for more then I could have gotten it online and I had to go through twice the trouble. Thats not the store quality of service in looking for. Ill stick to buying online from now on

It may be the worst Walmart you guys have seen but they are 200 employees short, they can hire but no housing! I helped/worked out there for 3months, they pull as many Walmart employees from other stores as they can, its harder yet to work there but it helps them. They try their hardest to keep the store running. Google Williston & their oil boom, there is your answers to why its a mess:-)

Considering all the workers inn Willston leave places like Walmart to work in the oil field, thats why fast food stores are pAying $15.00 an hour to start! Rather than criticize their lack of help, refer people outside Williston to come work here. I think Walmart bis doing as well as can. Given their lack of workers, I think they are doing the best they can. Practice being patient!

Going on hour 4 to get a blown tire replaced.... almost everyone is pissy and rude, TLE service manager is decent at least but it has taken them 4 hours to do the 2 tire rotations and 2 flat fixes that were ahead of me at noon. Very unhappy. Then the guys throw my keys on top of the car. Thanks for being disrespectful of your customers and scratching the top of the car.

Just got done waiting over an hour with 15+ people in line the whole time. Only one employee was cashing checks and she wasnt doing anything to make the line go down. There were helium baloons in random places on the ceiling and all the checkout lines were fairly full. It seems from my experience and other reviews that the employees at this store dont do enough to help.

Would give lower but this is has low has I can go... I had walmart do an oil change on my wifes car back in January and it started leaking and lost 4 quarts of oil in 6 months so a slow leak but it screwed up my new car and before anyone wants to say Im an idiot for not changing it sooner I have been following the manufacturers specifications.

Average Wal-Mart. Some items are priced too high, just right, and cheaper. Its according to what your shopping for; in the is area check ads and compare with other stores. Probably only time not crowded is on Sunday nights.☺ Some employees are really friendly...some are not. I can count on hand how many door greeters are friendly.

I pull into wal mart parking lot to pick up my truck after 5 1/2 hours for a tire change AND SEE SOMEONE SPEEDING IN MY TRUCK THROUGH THE PARKING LOT!!!!!!!! SO PISSED. They NEVER have things stocked, when you ask for something from an associate theyre rude and take FOREVER to get what you asked for, and nothing is ever organized. Its guess work as to which thing goes to which price tag. I have a newborn with needs and 90% of the time I cant get what he needs. Its pretty irritating.

Normally ok, but hasnt been able to do anything with AT&T phone upgrades for 7 weeks because they cant get the printer to work. Common sense tells you that if it hasnt been fixed after 7 weeks, replace it. Its Wal Mart, they should have things like that on a shelf ready to go in case the one they are using goes bad.

Your right understocked but I went there for a sleeping bag all they had was a pile of them on the ground witch were all junk and one employe (didnt get his name)would not stop looking for a quality bag and he found one in the back thanks a lot it was 34 degrees last night thank you very much stayed warm all night

This store is like black Friday everyday on foot traffic. The state law requires them to close at midnight on Saturday and not reopen until noon on Sunday. Good staff, but the check out line become long and it would help to have more registers open. Staffing and housing is always an issue in this area.

Lazy or understaffed?... Both?Not bad customer service.Nobody seemed to be outwardly friendly.Shelf stock is always hurting somewhere.Feels like a messy warehouse.If you pick something up and dont want it, PUT IT BACK! The store is trashed enough, and dont even say its job security. Common courtesy ;)

Worst company to work for, they fire you for no reason and then they will move you to another department that you never worked before and expect you to get it done! Worst management ever! Would not recommend it at all!! Will not step foot in that store ever again Albertsons is are new place to shop!

Do not get your oil changed here. One car in Bay ahead of us and it took them 1:30 min to finish. Then rang me up. I ? The cost. After looking at the receipt they tried to throw in a headlight change I didnt ask for and that replacement wasnt even done on my car. This place is a joke.

Very nice store but...no clothing stock for size large...its not small guys working out here on the oilfields...meat department needs more stock and fridges....AND why the hell would you only open at NOON on a Sunday when your website states that you are open ALL DAY?????

We were bothered that the greeter was very indignation about our 5 pound service dog(legally registered with papers) bad attitude and louder service. When youre the only store like this around they can do whatever. Will limit shopping here and notify ADA about them.

I dont have high expectations for Walmart but I called to see if they could do 2 sheet cakes in one day the lady abruptly said no then hung up on me, as I was asking if there was anywhere else in Wiliston she would knew of that could. Some People have no manners.
