TERRIBLE! Could the Falcon Walmart be the WORST managed Walmart in the state? I cannot believe they hardly ever have a speedy check open. Its wait, wait, wait. This morning at 7:15 am there were 10 people in the check-out line of register 10...while Walmart employees were walking around with brooms and dust pans on sticks sweeping the floors instead of getting customers checked out in a timely manner. UNBELIEVABLE...while a manager woman walked around with her coiled-cord wrist key-keeper observing the lack of service and yet failing to open another register. YEP....register 10 was THE ONLY open register. In a SUPER CENTER. I live in Falcon...but I wont be using my "home Walmart" anymore. This is the THIRD time I have taken my items to check out and had a 15 to 20 minute wait in a line while other Walmart employees milled around failing to open other registers. This is the third time I had left the items I intended to purchase on an empty check-out counter and walked out of the store. Why does Walmart NOT seem to understand that most early morning (before work) and after 5 PM (just after work) shoppers who are picking up a few items...just want to have a speedy check lane open?If you are wondering...The self check was roped off with yellow tape this morning... Rest assured I will never be a Walmart "Robot" and use self-check. Self check systems are designed to eliminate employees and take away jobs. I would think such a big corporation with so many employees with little or nothing to do..but sweep...could tear one away and put them on a speedy check.

Hit or miss when dealing with staff- most are friendly but not very knowledgeable. A cashier made a huge mistake in early July when loading a prepaid card. I caught the mistake and spoke to a manager. It was 10 pm and he convinced me the load did occur but was not showing up yet. With much hesitation I left the store. The next morning I saw the $700 was not there. I raced back to the store at 630 am to encounter the same manager. He sent me to speak to a higher up that was not listening and kept telling me I made a mistake. I then spoke to her higher up who she was highly under qualified for her position. She acted as if I had done something wrong and had the audacity to blow a bubble of of gum in my face as she stared at my receipt. The issue was finally worked out after an hour. The gum chewing manager ended the situation by further scolding me on the proper procedures if this is to happen again. I have some serious bad words to describe this woman but I will not go there. I tried to load the card last week and the same thing began to occur due to the customer service agents lack of knowledge. I took the money back immediately and spent too much time in another line in the hopes that thr cashier knew the procedure. Just another waste of time but it worked out.

Ive had a few good and bad experiences at this Walmart. The staff usually are helpful when they want to be, the automotive center is fast and friendly, and they are getting better at keeping every checkout lane open. The worse experience I have ever had here is when I wanted to buy a game and controller and obviously they are locked up so my mother and i waited TWENTY minutes before someone finally got to us. During that time employees in the tech center clearly saw my mother and needed help and said they would find someone and then just went to the back, never to be seen again. The old woman that did end up helping us was VERY impolite when asking what we needed. I offered her help because she almost dropped the controller while opening the locked door to get the game and she told me rudely that I cant. We get to the checkout and the game was rated M but she asks us not what my moms age is or mine is, she asks us who is going to be playing the game, like it was her business!! Ok well Im done talking about it since it gets me mad every time I talk about it.

If i can give this place 0 stars, i would. I was just in this walmart with my husband and dog and i have been bringing this dog into this walmart since he was a baby. No hes not a service dog but he is an emotional support animal. Anyways, as were walking through this walmart a man decided to stop us and tell us that hes not aloud in the store, i said okay and began to take my dog out of the build. I had stopped for a second to fix my dogs leash when he decided it was okay to start forcing me out of the store. I made the comment that we were going and that he didnt need to be so damn pushy! At this point he called me an ignorant c*nt and started spooking my dog forcing us to move faster out of the store. Now im not a manager or anything like that but thats not how you go about stuff like that.

Called to check on a script and their stupid automated machine was being a pain. So I called back to talk to a real person. Sat on hold 5 minutes the first time before it was disconnected. Called BACK and sat on hold for 10 minutes. Called back again and was asked to hold again. Yeah I wont be using this wal mart ever again unless absolutely necessary. Ridiculous sitting on hold for that long and waiting for a script to get filled? Yeah that takes even LONGER even if they tell you 30 to 45 minutes. Worst wal mart ever for going to the pharmacy on. The ONLY reason I use them is because theyre one of the only wal marts in the area that carry my meds I need. Other wise I wouldnt step foot or call the crappy pharmacy ever again!

Come here almost daily. The pharmacy techs are great, always so helpful and friendly, also very prompt even when its busy. Store employees are friendly and always say hello and try to help me find whatever weird little thing I need. The best thing about Walmart for me is that we can buy my husbands diabetic supplies without prescriptions at ridiculously affordable prices. Reli-On Blood glucose meter plus 100 test strips is less than $30. Fast-acting insulin is $25. These are life-saving items at prices most people can afford. Thank you Walmart, we love you.

When trying to return a defective tablet that the additional warranty which I purchased wont cover because they say manufacture warranty should cover it but the manufacture says I have to take it back to Walmart the idiot manager refused to accept it. I spend over $400 a month at Walmart, just bought tires there, and Christmas is coming. But the idiot would rather I keep playing run around and lose my business for life. Do not purchase electronics at Walmart! Do not go to Falcon Walmart where the manager does not care about customer service.

Save time and frustration and skip this walmart. Under stocked always. Employees are useless. I am on my second hour waiting for a prescription fill. The excuse they gave "we didnt know that you were in the store" that excuses is BS. What dose it matter if I am in the store or not. Its antibiotics and pain meds. Obviously that is an important prescription. They are forcing their customers to suffer and dont give a crap about us. I am now going to use Walgreen. This is the 4 time this year and I am done.
