I registered for my baby shower here because I love targets products and because I heard that you get 5% off on everything on your registry that you didnt get at your baby shower. Well I had my baby shower and I went in to get the rest of the stuff I needed off my registry and I went to the cash register and the lady, her name is Ena, was VERY rude to me and insisted that they dont do that. She finally brought the manager over JD the manager gave me 5% because I was right. THEN Ena did not even help me put this HUGE and heavy box in my cart. She stood there and watched me struggling to put this huge box back in my cart at 8 months pregnant. Finally the lady standing behind me in line helped me with the box and out to my car and Ena just stood there. I always loved this target until that lady started working there. I will gladly drive to Loveland JUST so I dont have to deal with her customer service ever again.

Today is Mothers Day, I decided to take my kids out for frozen yogurt, my 2 year old and my 5 yr old. My 2 yr old like any other 2 yr old kept trying to run away from me so I decided I needed to stop by target and get him a stroller. I bought it, and the cashier offered to help me put the stroller together. Thank goodness because I am horrible at putting things together, I was definitely complicated, so complicated another associate(guy) stepped in and helped. So they were able to put it together!!! Theres no words I could have used to thank them enough. It is as a lot of help! And made the rest of my day easier! Not to mention my kid has asthma and would not have been able to walk as much if we had not purchased the stroller. I hope those two associates feel super good knowing how they stepped up and helped when they didnt really have to. Thank you!

I went in for maternity bras and it took 4 people (including 1 manager) on the floor to point out the most expensive rack neglecting to say there may be more. I found it myself 10 minutes later right around the corner of where I was looking. Hire someone who knows the store! I use to work target in another location- I knew the whole store as management! What is fundamentally wrong with stores and Custer service in Greeley? Taking my money elsewhere. Its hard earned and you just lost my business. I like going to this store. the isle are wide enough your not block at every turn by other customers, the staff is polite and actually their. the prices are higher then some other places but the atmosphere makes up for that. very clean store, even the restrooms are clean most of the time! they dont keep a lot of cashiers on hand so checking out can be kind of slow but thats gotten a lot better sense they put in the self checkouts. they, however, do not have a very large grocery section so I dont shop here nearly as much as I would like too.

My family and I have had consistently poor experiences at this location. Most of the problems seem to arise at checkout as a result of the disinterested, impolite staff. I have met a few very helpful, pleasant people, but their efforts are, unfortunately, overshadowed by their insulting coworkers. Clean store, great stock, but if youre having an especially nice day, save your target shopping list for another time for the staff here are likely to ruin it. Too bad there isnt another location in Greeley.

Daniel over in the electronics at Greeley target has outstanding customer service ! Wow ! Hard to find these days! He should get a raise.he not only is knowledgeable, kind, happy and extremely helpful he knows his stuff! Hes great with cell phone service and the entire electronics section. Thank you again for all your time , effort and help! Buy your phones from him. He makes it painless and Id overall great.

Asked for help finding a pretty specific type of shirt for a birthday present and the representative who helped me just points in the general direction halfway across the store and said its over there. Im fairly certain it was a manager which is pretty disappointing.

The store stinks, it always smells like burnt butterscotch pudding! Most of the shelves were half empty. I always loved the selection and prices, now I cant find anything I used to. The womens bathroom is always filthy, the doors are sticky to the touch!

Pros: Clean Good selection EXCELLENT Pharmacy Cons: Not enough open checkout lanes, which means either they are understaffed or the checkout shift manager is not good at their job in calling up and assigning lanes.

A nice target that finally has added self checkout. Pretty well stocked but often misses out on some of the more obscure items or limited edition things not released to all stores.
