The worst experience I have EVER HAD. Will never come back here. To start our experience the washer couldnt be shipped with our fridge and stove because it was a clearance item. So okay whatever not a big deal. Then the sales rep took 30 minutes just to ring up 3 times, had to restart 3-4 times because "her system kept messing up" but a manager came over and did it just fine. Then we get the delivery everything is going good but the fridge doesnt fit. Okay whatever we have 3 days to replace, we go pick out our new fridge a day later that is 100$ more. Contact the phone number to put in the replacement. A week later get a call for our card information to pay the difference. The lady didnt tell me the total I had to ask well how much is my card going to be charged? She had to look up the items to see the prices and stated about a hundred dollar difference. A week later they call saying the order is complete the fridge will be delivered in 3 weeks. So I check my statement to see if finally they charge my card. Come to find out they charge me 300$ instead of the 100$ . I head into the sears and all they basically tell me is here is another number try this . They said the 300 charge is because the sale has ended as of the 2nd. Well that makes total sense except the replacement was set up a week or 2 ago while the sale was going on. However because the billing department had some technical issues and they charged it today I dont get the sales price? So here I am 3 difference numbers called, 4-5 trips to sears, 300$ dollars taken on top of the 1600$ for the appliances and no real answers to what might happen , no wonder sears is going to be going out of business.

We ordered a lawn tracktor online from a diffrent store, when we went to pick it up 6 hours later they ended up loading the only one they had for some other guy who just waled into the store and bought it. We waited around close to 2 hours, the manager we talked to didnt give us any time of how long it was supposed to take, the people loading things for other people gave us dirty looks. Aweful experience, if I have to go to sears again Im going to Ft. Collins. Oh and we still dont have the $1200 mower that is paid for.

I bought a dishwasher and range from Sears and the whole experience was a nightmare from the store manager to the installation. I was charged too much for installation and after multiple unresolved, frustrating phone calls, I still was not reimbursed. I will never shop there again. On top of that, the dishwasher never worked well, had to wait weeks for it be be repaired... This was 2 summers ago. I now need to replace my dishwasher but will not be going to Sears.

Remember when Sears was a store where you could find what you needed and you could count on the quality? Recently called the store in the Greeley Mall and asked if they still had something in stock that I was looking for.............................to finally get someone to check on this took approximately 30 minutes just to get an answer.

Bought a mattress that was to be delivered on 6/7. Got a call for a delay 30 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. I missed a day of work to receive my delivery for nothing. Canceled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere
