I could not believe the deals on awesome graphic t shirts! They also had incredible prices on shorts that Linda G. Helped me find. She was absolutely essential in helping me in the store. I dislike all of the corporate "get a credit card or else" marketing and Linda G. handled the requirement to tell me about their promotion with grace, while also actually showing me EXACTLY what I needed almost immediately after describing it to her. Thank you Linda G!

I have spent thousands on blinds with Jcpenny! Two weeks in I have electric blinds that have failed to work I have been patient for 5 months. They play the blame game and refuse to make this issue right. I told them I was going to BBB and was told they were voiding my warranty if I did. If you want to do business that care about their customers DONT SHOP HERE!! They dont stand by their products either. Discussed!

The Appliance representatives Dave & Darren wonderful! No hard sale at all! Very knowledgeable about the products. Loved that they gave maintenance tips. They were very patient as I would come back & forth to the store after checking out other stores. Theyre demeanor & interaction with me helped me feel confident about my purchase.

Linda G. is a G! She was so helpful and sweet when we were checking out and helped us find some great deals! She deserves a promotion for sure! To be able to keep up that great service on a busy Saturday is very impressive. I know, I worked retail and that can be absolutely exhausting.

Im a bigger guy so love their big and tall section...always seem to have something on sale worth getting. Plus they have a Sephora inside so if you need cologne or perfume you are set
