I always come to Nordstrom Rack first before going to other retailers at Park Meadows. I live 5 minutes from the location and dont feel the need to battle traffic to shop at "better" ones. The shoe department is a MESS, however, I accept this and have found some good shoes. You do have to hunt in the clothing area. I agree with another reviewer you dont want to come here for something very specific. I come once a month and see what is a good deal and buy. Last month, I found an awesome business dress for $50! I bought it, not needing it then, but it was such a solid piece I knew I would use it soon (and have) and it is way less stressful to have a classic deal in your closet for those meetings or dinners and not need to run around last minute and pay a high price. I normally find 1-3 things I love when I go and they are of good value. Ive only been to one other Nordstrom Rack and that was the Galleria in Houston, TX. That one was a chaotic mess and I felt so overwhelmed I left. I like the Park Meadows one and enjoy browsing all the racks to see what I can find!

Renaissance Bastiells

Absolutely one of the worst Nordstrom Racks in Colorado. Lets start with the shoes. It looks like Wal-Mart exploded., and the store overall feels rundown like one. No boxes. No organization. Just shoes mixed in and thrown on empty shelves. Horrible, and to make matters worse, you only get a left or a right, then have to wait in line for a half an hour or more, to have someone retrieve (if they can find it), the other half. Have never seen anything like it... Customer service and friendliness, non existent. Rude salespeople with no training. Absolutely, will not shop here ever again. A very stressful experience. Go to Belmar etc. Organized, courteous, and helpful. Also, shoes are "paired"and boxed as a set for sale. No waiting in line, clean layout of store, relaxed. Night and day difference. You will never visit The Park Meadows one again, after going to one of the other stores.

Love love love this store! As these are mostly designer items, some of the stuff is a little outside my style, but I shop here once a month or so just to see if theres anything I like. When I find something I like, I REALLY like it, and I get a GREAT deal on it! This isnt a place you want to come to if you are looking for something very specific, and want to come in, grab it, and go... this is a place you want to come window shopping and end up finding some amazing things at amazing prices sometimes! ...Or just come in and see the new trends. This is ALWAYS my first stop before I shop elsewhere. Shoes, outerwear, athletic apparel, casual, career, mens dressy, mens upper-casual, fragrances, hair care products, jewelry, juniors, kids/toddlers, jeans for everyone... you name it, theyve got some great stuff!

Wow. Ive never been to such a disorganized Nordstrom Rack. This is just ridiculous. Im all for digging for a deal but this is too much chaos. Plus the "deal" is still easily $50 plus. Ive been to many Nordstrom Racks and have never seen one this bad. The first time I went I assumed it had just had a large customer rush or something for the shoes to be like this but I have been a couple times since and when the store has been opened so the manager must just be okay with this. Which I find quite sad and horrible. I will not be coming back.

Very disappointed in this experience. Spent over $1,200.00 on the promise of a points "reward" system that I was promised but never received. Great selling job - "just call in this number and itll all get taken care of." I hadnt planned on spending so much there, and their lie about the fact that Id be getting over $100 in reward point money worked on me. If you shop there, dont make any decisions based on ANYTHING they promise you.

First let me just say that I was very dissapointed when I got to the store...things in the store was.great but the ladies there were so rude.....i dont want to sound racist but the ladies there were peeking and looking over their shoulder as if I was going to steal something and because I am a black woman....This was the worst experience of my life....i will never go to Nordstrom at Park Meadows agaiiinnnnn

I tried to return a shirt I purchased and it took 1/2 hour! I did not have the receipt but they could tell from their computer that I had made several recent purchases. The eventually offered me $1.99 (yes-thats not a mistake) for the shirt I paid $40 for! Outrageously poor service from a company I thought had legendary service. Welcome to the new Millennium!

The store is well laid out but it can be really busy at times. The queue to check out can easily get to be 15-20 people deep so plan ahead if you are going to shop on the weekend. They have a good selection of clothes and shoes that are really good prices.

Great place for discounted designer wear. As the name implies, the stuff here is usually one season back or overstock from the bigger Nordstrom stores at all the major malls like Park Meadows (across the street from this location).

Im a big fan of the Rack in general. This location is solid and convenient. Cherry Creek Rack can have a better selection so if youre going for a wardrobe, Id hit up that location. But I typically find 2-3 items per visit.

This location is okay as far as Racks go. The store is clean, but I think the selection is significantly reduced compared to the location on Colorado Blvd. The mens section is especially limited at this Lone Tree location.

Waste of time. Received a gift card, spent an hour looking for something I liked. Finally found a shoe I want, but they didnt have the match. I will probably have to liquidate the gift card for a fraction of the value

We are level 4 customers because we spend way too muchoney at Nordstrom. As a result we get free shipping but were told that this store would not honor that and other Nordstrom werent supposed to either. Wrong!!

Go to for new work clothes. A lot of stuff is still overpriced, but you can find quality dress casual if you look through the clearance. Like the mobile checkout to help with huge lines they typically have.
