Well I parked my big truck at Target started walking.. to JCPenney I open the door wow nice and cool in hear .They got the AC cranked down A+ walked to the standard white shirt area I did notice all were mixed up in there lil cubbies but no biggie nothing to cry over.i found 2 package of XXLT quickly I looked to my left hey look at that XL muscle shirt walked around there were Standford boxers I grabbed a pack them walked over to the line ..witch I should was pertie long but I did notice there was 5 register and they were all running I looked behind me and was growing but it was quick before I knew it I being helped by beautiful lady at register (store 2966 term 237 Tran 8961 date 6/18/17 time 4:08pm Assoc 0110 who you might be hello cutie..I would say this store is nice people there very helpful and clean invierment ...

Really??? Pennys gets one star today because of Anita. I had to exchange a sweater that was a gift, so I waited in the main, long line. I was told to go find the color I wanted and take it to ANY register. So I took the sweaters to jewelry. A very friendly cashier assured me shed be right with me. Then Anita came along and asked me what I needed. When I told her, she actually pointed to a customer that approached while I waiting, and had the nerve to say, "She wants to buy jewelry." How rude! She then told me in a nasty-nice tone that Id have to go back to the main, long line. When I got back through the ridiculous line in front and told the cashier what happened, she rolled her eyes, shook her head and said, "Really?!" Anita, (in jewelry), is not there to give good customer service to everyone.

Sephora store only... This place has rediculous customer service. Had another Sephora store call to verify they had something in stock and put it on hold, I got here to buy and was told they dont have it literally 25 min after they called this store twice to verify. Customer service didnt care at all about my problem and were rude about it. Dont put up with poor customer service!

It is a jcpennys what else can I say. I went on black Friday and had some trouble navigating the mine field that was the ladies shoe department but once I was clear of that it was all good. I was looking for a pair of jeans and the mens department had what I was looking for.

The store is smaller but does have a Sophora. Unfortunately I wasnt able to find anything I was looking for given their limited selection. The staff was nice enough when telling me they didnt have anything I was looking for, though.

I was able to find what I was looking for. The location I went to was very clean. The employees werent very friendly and I thought it was in bad taste to already have Christmas music playing in the beginning of November.

This store is trash. The checkout always has a line. The clothes are always messy. The Sephora is always out of half their products. Just go somewhere else if your looking to have a less stressful and fun shopping trip

This store is good in general but the portrait studio is excellent! They do a great job on the photos and are very reasonably priced. Always helpful and willing to work with different needs.
