If I were rating their home store, they certainly have the very best of towels ever. I have towels from 40 years ago that are still in a better condition that those sold today in the finest stores (e.g. Nordstrom, Dillards, etc). They are the Royal Velvet brand. But I rate Penneys on another issue. It is custom home department. You sign an agreement with them about returns but you are deciding on a piece of fabric smaller than you can imagine......so your decision is truly based on the sales person. No matter how many times I told the sales girl the most important thing about what I wanted, she did not deliver. The order was made and what my number one issue why I was buying these blinds was NOT met. I took them back. It has been a nightmare ever since. I would not buy from their home custom department again. Beware that you are deciding on a postage size sample and you sign before you order....

I do not visit JCpenny very offten but today I visited a JCPenney and I receive fantastic customer service. The two women that I spoke with today were extremely polite and would more than happy to assist you with all of my needs. The two women really brightened up my day. I will not put the names on here but I will just put the first letter of each of their names so they read this they will know the first name begin with the letter C and the second game against the letter M. Thank you lady the ladies.

I really used to enjoy shopping at JCPenney however as a person on the autism spectrum I have mentioned several times in the store on powers that the music is just way too loud. It is completely ridiculous that you cant even enjoy a shopping experience because horrible music is just blaring in your ears. Why cant anyone take this into consideration for people like myself???? How hard is it to really just turn down the freaking music!!! Sorry but until you change things I cant step foot in there again.

Absolutely disgusted with the service we just experienced at the salon inside this location. Kim was 20 minutes late for our appointment, was so quick to judge and embarrass our family. How dare you look at my sisters hair like it has cooties. It doesnt make a good impression when youre so late and when you have to apologize for not sweeping the area. I wouldnt suggest going here because it is in no way a comfortable, professional environment.

I went in the store looking for a particular product, the rep told me they did not have any at all. However when I went online to look they said that there is some of these pants in stock at that store. I called the store over and over and over, and it just rings and rings with no answer at all. This is the store on First & Main Town Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Worst service EVER!!

The salon sucks. I went there to get a haircut and the stylist cut my cheek with a pair of scissors. The salon manager treated me like crap and that it was just a scratch. This scratch was bleeding for over 15 minutes and has left a scar. Dont ever go there to get your haircut, they are careless, and when something happens they treat you like crap.

I attempted 3 times to call the shoe department no answer ~!!!!!! I called back to the main line and a gentleman told me he would find some one to answer my question only to get disconnected, Well they lost my sale !!!!! Very dissapointed !!

This park is great for toddlers....my son went downthestreet the slide for his first time all by himself at this park and we have had plenty of parties there since. There is ton of open space as well and some shade too

Great deals on clothing, great prices, and solid selection. Staff is there to help and lines are reasonable. I did have multiple issues with a diamond ring but they have honored the warranty.

Service is absolutely horrible. I work in the serving industry so I know a thing or two. And never again, thats too bad. Employees are more focused on gossiping than helping guests. Im done.

Absolutely love the surprises at this store. For example when they have one price on the shelf and then it $20 more when you get to the check out. Happens every time!

Always a line to check out. If your lucky you might find someone in a section to help but Ive gone looking in 4 different departments for help and never found anyone
