HORRIBLE SALON. I went in for a full highlight, and a woman named Darlene did my hair and killed it. She would take chunks out, without threading through, and throw bleach on it. She shampooed and conditioned me twice along with throwing on tons of toner for a brassy result. She did not even touch my roots at all! I had platinum blonde hair, with brown and orange roots along with gold bands in my hair. Then I complain and a woman named Kendall first tells me not to say anything bad about the salon. So much for caring for how I look, right? Then I go in the next day, and supposedly the manager, William, cares for my situation and has a woman named Rebekah fix my hair. She did not really fix it either, making the highlights on one side brighter than the other. Way to finish off strong! I spent 5 hours both times, and the manager tried to get away without giving me 20% off for chemical services that was going on during the time. I dont even believe that I heard the word sorry from anyone. No one took ownership, and they tried to blame my hair, and Ive been doing this for 4 years.

The customer service is subpar at best. Everytime I go to this store they have less than adequate cashiers available that struggle using the registers. As a result I have waited in line no less the 15-20 minutes the 4 times Ive been to the store! Suggestion: Improve the training of those utilizing the registers (especially for out of the ordinary register issues), have a manager and/or other employees available to assist at checkout during customer surges (more than 4 customers in line).

This is the worst JCPenney ever! I refuse to ever shop here again! If I could give this store a 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY from this JCP location. Trashy, people that work there are rude and will sign you up for a credit card without you consent by using a fake social for you, and no one cares if you need help or let them know something is wrong.

We went there looking for some jewelry and we got the must beautiful earings for my baby , not too expensive and i even got a warranty.. Good place to shop

Store is always trashed. I just tried to call and talk to ask some questions and it rang for over 30 min.. which tells me the customer service sucks!!!!!

Good place to find a good deal on mens clothing. Came here looking for bath towels and thought they were too expensive for the quality.
