Usually love being able to get quality kids shoes that are as affordable as payless or Walmart with better designs, have tread, and hold up to kid wear. Last time I was in the prices had gone up quite a bit and not much variety in my childs size. Maybe next time theyll have a variety and be more affordable otherwise Ill have to find somewhere new. I do like the store is clean and kept organized especially shoes. The floor staff are great for helping locate items and advice. The cashiers arent the most attentive and super friendly, but its not a coffee shop. I like being able to relax and chat with them during checkout.

Went in on a Tuesday evening to shop, came back to Burlington to leave and they had closed early (before their advertised 9:30 at least). I spent a good 20 minutes walking around the mall just to get to my car, when it was maybe a 2 minute walk through the store. Please guys, the mall closes at 9, accept that you have an entrance location and also fix your close times.

Retail is getting hit hard right now. BCF looks light the aftermath. There is empty space. Empty shelves. Nobody to help customers except at the register. They still have things the other anchor stores lack. Just be ready to feel like youre shopping in the apocalypse.

I find the store somewhat unorganized. They have a great selection of clothes and awesome prices. I gave it 3 stars because it takes too long to check out, bathroom stinks, poor lighting upstairs, and the temperature isnt regulated well.

Called to see if a product was available before driving all the way out there, was assured it was... Get there and its not, asked staff if they could order it for me and they pretty much me to f off.

Prices are usually alright, but customer service is terrible! Cant ever find anyone for help & if you do theyre very rude. Would definitely go to Chapel Hills instead.

Big place, run down needs lots of maintenance. Quality of most clothing items are not great. Good price on dog toys & home goods
