Here is a copy of the email I sent to TJ MAXX: Hi, I was shopping at your Colorado Springs store last Sat. I saw a bag that my daughter wanted for school, I took a picture and sent to her mother for approval. I then left the store to go to target while waiting for a reply. I returned 30 minutes later and the bag was gone. I looked for assistance for at least 30 min until I found someone by the bed linens. I showed her the pic and asked if she would look in the back to which she replied "bags are up front", I repeatedly told her that it was not there and she ultimately said that she worked in homegoods and could look or call anyone else to help me. I then wandered around bags and ladies clothes looking good for an associate for another 15-20 min until I decided to ask the lady run ing the dressing room to call someone. She said "oh, theyre right out there" pointing to ladies apparel, I said Ive been looking for about an hour and cant find anyone, please call someone. She then said go out there, pointing to the main isle. So I did, watching to see if shed call anyone. Nope, had an earpiece in and a phone on the counter and continued to ignore me and not even bother to help me at all. I am disgusted at how poorly I have been treated by the staff at your store.

Obviously these stores are a little messy and sometimes a little unorganized, in case people shopping there didnt notice, its not a Walmart. Clearly nothing has a given space. These stores get random stuff, and put it out with the other random stuff that it fits with. On top of that the people that work there are always running their asses off. Your customer experience depends entirely on your attitude. The people who complain on here were probably rude to the people who work there. Rude people clearly dont get what they want. DUH! Anyway keep up the good work tj! Very awesome store. The point is to just go and look because YOU DONT KNOW WHATS THERE! If you go back for something and its gone, someone else bought it! Move on. This store is always clean and inviting, and if youre friendly to the staff they will jump through hoops to help you.

This is a fun store to browse around in. If youve been to a HomeGoods, you know that they their stock rotates and that means whats here today could be gone tomorrow. We like to shop here for affordable toys and supplies for our dog (yup!) They also have lots of kitchen gadgets and some pretty fun furnishings. This HG shares its space with a TJ Maxx (who also recently bought Sierra Trading Post, and they own Marshalls so if you have one of their rewards credit cards, I guess the rewards can be had at any of those stores - we dont have one though:-) Fun place to shop, its in a very busy plaza so parking can be a bear, but if youre in a shopping mood this is a great place to hang.

Amazing store to shop at. Many friendly staff, very clean throughout store but their prices on certain things are very expensive compared to other stores on common. They offer a reward card but its not good at all. Just gives you early updates and chances at contest. The contest are very random. Well, I will say your card will let you into private shopping events in their stores if they have one. Again, great store just needs to upgrade in rewards and lower some prices.

I love T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods and I go there at least once a month. My recent experience was awful and unexpected. The woman working the dressing room was so rude because I did not have a hanger for one of my items and accused me of saying something as I walked off. I am fairly young and respectful. I was shocked at the customer service I received and hope this is not acceptable employee behavior. (Being stressed out and busy is no excuse) I wont be back anytime soon.

We love doing a quick walk through T.J. Maxx just to see if there is any unique furniture pieces & other strange decor for the home. We have found some great stuff in the past! Check out the pics of this white, full-length mirror. We should have gotten the black one too, but when we went back it was gone. Honestly, the prices arent the best for home decor, but they are certainly one-of-a-kind items.

I love it for what it is. It isnt well organized, it isnt usually the highest quality furnishings, but they arent expensive and they do look nice. I like TJ Maxx for the sport clothes, they have good deals on usually oddly expensive stuff, like compression shorts and sport shorts. It takes some effort to shop here, but if you put in that effort you are very likely to find a handful of good deals.

I bought a suitcase that was supposed to be scratch-proof and just getting it into my trunk scratched it! So I called and asked if I could return it and they said no, I had to call the manufacturer. Wish TJ MAXX would work on customer satisfaction!

This is a great place to go to get home decor and kitchen supplies. Their is always something to be found there. Tip, go late on Tuesday or early Wednesday as thats when they will have put out new stock.

Similar to Ross -- but cleaner and better organized, and with a bigger selection of skincare and, well, home goods. Not really much help out on the sales floor, but cashiers are friendly and quick.

they suck now for mens section. theyre the new ROSS for mens clothes. went there today and the mens clothing is about 8 racks. used to be almost to the back of the store. very disappointed.
