Old Navy has years under their belt for falsely claiming storewide discounts. Inside the store the discounts are never what is advertised on the store front. Nothing stands out and selection is very limited. I held onto a gift card for over a year and today after going into a store that was completely disgusting and disorganized and absolutely the finest example of how not to manage a retail store... I realized something... Old Navy is dead, the employees know it. Management doesnt care. Good riddance. False advertising and apathy... what a business.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Horrible management. My son ran into the table that is exactly a childs height with sharp metal corners and gouged his head open. The 2 employees standing right next to me do nothing to help and start laughing hysterically. I go to the front to ask for help and when they call for the manager the girl comes up and IS the girl that was laughing. Completely disgusted! Shell be getting fired over this incident for sure!

Rudest employees Ive ever come across! The cashier didnt want to exchange an item and told us that the pants, that we purchased from this store a month ago, were dated back to 2015 and they no longer carried them. I would give a zero start review but, it is what it is. The only gratification I received from that store today was going back and grabbing the exact same pants and returning them. Avoid this store if you can.

TERRIBLE customer service. Went yesterday and was greeted by the cashier, browsed around for a bit and was not helped at all. Walked by two other employees who didnt acknowledge us (my brother and I) at all, and the fitting room attendant went out of her way to avoid another customer as well as us. I was completely turned off from the experience, left without purchasing anything.

If i could give zero stars i would cashier 2171745 wanted to act like i was poor i put cheddar crackers on the counter she thought she needed to reidderate the price and ask if i still want them ummm duh thats why i put them on the counter !!!
