I came to your store on 28 March 2015 and Renee helped me so very much. My elderly mother has recently become mentally ill and is very negative and cannot make decisions. Renee helped us by fitting her for a bra and patiently bringing not only many bras but also many items of clothing for her to try on. She was compassionate and caring and helpful and I really needed that. She was even willing to bring my mother water, but in the end, we went out and bought some refreshments. She is an excellent employee and probably spent 45 minutes with us!! Thank you, Renee , from Debby Schumacher

I just made an order and realized immediately that it would be shipped to the wrong store. There is no way to change that online so I called the customer service number right away and was told that they couldnt change or even cancel the order and I would just have wait until it came in to the WRONG store and hope that whoever I call about it will send it to me or to the right store. I will NEVER be ordering from here again.

Awful selection. Dirty. The clothes reek of moth balls. Looks like its going out of business. Nothing like the one I was at in Minnesota. I will never go back here.

JCpenny has everything that guys could need. Jeans, dress clothes, suits and suit separates for my wedding, regular wear, and swimwear. It is an excellent store!
