I went in today to make a couple of returns. I was told by the manager that they could only return one and do store credit for the other because although I had the tags with me and the original receipt it was against their policy to accept that as a return without the tags being attached. I told I have never had this be an issue before because they have the means to reattach the tags and she just told me to look at the back of the receipt. Its the policy, i get it, but as a manager i believe her people skills were nonexistent as she didnt give me eye contact the whole time or offer any explination other than look at the receipt and i received nothing but attitude from her. I also work in retail so I see quality customer service everyday and this was so far from it.
