Terrible online website service. I just purchased an egift card because I required a LAST MINUTE gift as stated on Zumiez website. When I got to the end the screen it went blank, so I tried again and screen went blank again. I checked my visa account and 2 purchases were made and I didnt receive anything for them. I took the time to personalize egift card and now it looks like Im getting a generic card. Spoke with 3 sales rep. and they were able to cancel one order, however this LAST MINUTE gift takes 24hrs to processed and then another 24hrs to be sent. This is a ridiculous service which makes no sense. It is an egift card. I did the same thing with Bass Pro Shop and I received it within 10 min. Zumiez should get with the program.

The people that work there only care about the music playing and dancing. Nothing about customer service, this is a place of business not a club. I had to find a associate to ask for shoe size because they were so busy dancing. This store was unprofessional I wouldnt go back here.
