Its a fair store overall. They have a decent selection & prices are low and reasonable. Trade-off is quality is "just fair". The low rating is for customer service and store clerks. They are rude & very hurried with customers. I dont appreciate being rushed through checkout & purchasing; they cant be bothered to smile or be friendly; and dont want to answer questions or offer help. There are often times clerks standing around talking, or putting away hangers, etc, while theres a long line (5-10++ people); they need to be asked to help at checkout, like common sense doesnt tell them to help the customers. They act like they cant be bothered and are irritated to be working. I go back because its close & inexpensive. But sometimes I purposely avoid it due to the poor customer service & rude workers.

I dont usually leave reviews but I was terribly upset with the customer service here. Spending nearly $400, and being 8 months pregnant, I asked for help to my car. I infact asked my cashier (very nice girl) and the store manager Bobby several times. She said she would have help but never did. Then she watched me make 6 trips to my car while she literally did nothing. She wasnt helping other customers, she wasnt being productive, she didnt have someone help like she said she would. I fully intend to make a formal complaint to her corporate office. She as a Store Manager has a duty of being a customer service based employee and representative of the organization. I will not shop here again. Hell, Id rather pay more money to shop at a Target when I get the courtesy I should.

I called to ask when they closed clerk said midnight we get there at they closed at 930...um ok? Every girl at register was rude and staff on floor was just as bad the only 1 that was welcoming was the security girl at the door. The cc machine was down. So everyone was frustrated, you would think staff would be accommodating since it was the stores fault. Not a good experience but at Ross its a hit a miss and that night was a miss. Apparel is not up to par but if you really like vintage its probably for you

Awful... zero stars should be an option. Came in 2 days after Christmas to find only 2 registers open, nobody on the floor who spoke English, and half the shoes are missing a set of laces... basically go ANYWHERE else... I had a couple of hundred dollars worth of stuff that I finally just set down and walked out... I know they are a heartless corporation and my money means nothing to them, but I can say this was my first and last experience at one of their stores.

I will never shop at this store again the management are one of the rudest Ive ever encountered in the retail business they do not know how to handle customer situation at any level they need to realize that the customers writes their checks this should be zero stars since my situation had to do with manager Robert and manager Mylka they cannot handle pressure and will lie to cover their own ass

Love this place. My go-to clothing store. Im tall and skinny, and they have just the right size and fit for me. $15 for pants and another $15 for a swanky shirt? What a deal. Really crowded on Friday, but they had 6 registers open, so even if the line looks intimidating, it goes quickly. Staff is a little unenthusiastic though, but cant blame them being in retail and all.

I LOVE Ross! This is my favorite clothing store of all time! Their prices just can not be beat when you look at the quality and variety of what they carry. They also have a fantastic plus size section. Im a really big fan of the fact that you can take 8 items into the dressing room at a time so you dont have to keep getting dressed to go get a few more items.

I forgot to put the hanger on a dress I tried on and the African american lady with very crooked teeth was extremely rude she screamed at me infront of everyone and the so called manager, white tall lady with blonde hair in a pony tail was also extremely rude and didnt bother to listen to what happened took the dress from my hand and told me to have a good day.

If this specific store was the first Ross I had ever been to, I wouldnt ever go to another Ross. If you are Mexican or Black, you will probably have better luck with customer service and friendly attitudes. This is the dirtiest and rudest Ross Ive been to. There are clothes and items on the floor and total disarray on product shelves.

Great location in nice outdoor mall. Plenty to look at inn the home department, plenty of traveling accessories and so much more. I dont go there for the clothes but plenty to browse through if you really want too search through crowded racks.

The staff is decent but the store is a mess.Cloth shoes and other items are on the floor.Its a shame that a place have to look like this.Greedy company probably doesnt want to hire more help, even that they have a lot of business.

The clothes is in really good condition.The dressing rooms are nice. although the store its self is a little messy.Like toys and stuff like that are in the wrong places. And clothes can be found on the floor because of shoppers.

Its a hot mess and Friday thru Sunday its wayyyy too busy and extra messy. But you will always find something nice. Best dress section in any Ross by far. Go during the week and youll be in and out with much less mess

Robert is so rude. He hung up on me. He said he would not help me. Dont go to this store. It is unorganized and Robert cannot handle any kind of pressure. Ive seen him be rude to customers. Robert cant multitask.

This is my go to clothing store however I had to wait 50 mints inline to checkout while the manager walking around do nothing too help the customer she is an Indian or Hispanic descent. She is rude as hell

Greeted by very nice security guard, -but there was no help in the store anywhere. Store was unkept and still a line due to lack of staff. Love the prices, but service leaves bad vibe... almost walked out.

This store is always busy and a mess. Why? Because they have SO MUCH PRODUCT! So if youre looking for something but not quite sure what this is a great location to explore. Its like a treasure hunt!
