My husband and I like to try to give the local small businesses our money so we decided we would like to go with this family owned business over the other places in town. Our relationship started out fine but after giving them over $1000 in business (which is a big deal for us as we just started our family owned small business and dont have a lot of spare cash laying around) we hit a bump in the road. We are a construction business and had been having them print the logos on inexpensive work shirts for us but eventually we needed to get some nicer shirts done to use for giving estimates and first meetings with our customers. My husband bought @$300. worth of nice, formal shirts and dropped them off with instructions to please wait until they heard from him before putting anything on them. A few weeks later we get an email from them that they are done but it turns out they have put the wrong logo on them, one from another small business we owned that we had closed. When we told them this, they said they could let us have the logos on those shirts for free (?) and they would give us a discount off putting logos on other shirts if we wanted to buy some more shirts and bring them in (?). Quite frustrated, we questioned their business practices and they told us this was "industry standard" and it was the best deal they could offer us (but they did wish us luck in all our future endeavors and say they enjoyed working with us). One of our colleagues had a similar experience where they received the wrong color on their logo and were told the same thing. Some of the people who work here are very nice, but they dont have much of a clue how to do business. If you need logos on your stuff I would recommend going elsewhere as there is no guarantee you will get what you paid for here.

Best Customer service, Best Artwork and Designers, Best Prices, what else could you ask for!? Amber, Zach, Kevin, and all the staff have done outstanding work on shirts for the Colorado PT Cruiser Club the past 3 years, modifying our designs, creating fantastic new ones for us, and always helpful on any changes and getting the artwork "perfect" for the final print. We will use them every year for years to come. I am proud to show off our Cruise the Rockies shirts and designs..special thanks to Amber for her amazing artwork! Call them up and tell them what you need, you wont be dissappointed!
