The Lakewood location is awful. They always have a line wrapping around the store. I went in tonight to pick up some things I saw Saturday but didnt have time to wait and AGAIN the lines are awful. So I left without a purchase again. Theres 1 teller and 1 on returns taking customers with 30 people in line. The store had more merchandise on the floor than on the racks. You would make more money if you had more tellers. You spend more on people to restock the shelves from people leaving their things and going because of the wait. Very dissapointed.

Honestly wish it could be a 0. The store manager is horrible to work for. Well actually the whole company is. They under pay and have no hours most of the year. Also the store manager has favorites and treats the rest like crap. Whenever cooperate comes that is the only time the store is clean and everyone iis working accordingly. Also the district manager never comes around or follows up with concerns unless cooperate is coming..... Please avoid place at all cost.

Rudest employees on the planet! Went there with 15 minutes before they closed & they told me they were closed as I entered. I told them "no you arent, youre still open for 15 minutes according to the times on the door." The guy scoffed. I told him Id be out in 5 & I was. The manager needs to tell the employees that theyre open until the time listed, period. If I treated a customer like that, we would go out of business. Rude, rude, rude.

I came into this store after work knowing full well the hours of operations. This store is OPEN until 11 pm, yet if you want to try something before you buy it thirty minutes to an hour before close its a "safety issue" and the gowning rooms are closed and wont be open. Im sorry, but that alone is so, so ridiculous. I wanted to get a dress for my birthday but I will never, NEVER go to this store again. Talk about poor customer service.

The cashiers are terrible here, slow and rude! Today the girl yelled for the next customer and ignored me- so I was supposed to reach over the counter and take my bag off the stand, and take my receipt off the register myself? Wtf! She started scanning the next persons stuff and just stared me down struggling to get my bag, didnt help me. Ridiculous!

You can find some really nice clothes for cheap. Friendly staff, however there were some clothes that were dirty hanging up for sale. Also why isnt there a measuring tape in store so you dont have to go to a dirty fitting room to try stuff on. Especially if Im shopping for a clean white business shirt.

Great place to get good deals, especially for those who love to shop but are ballin on a budget ;) It can get quite busy and have long lines and they do not far enough tellers so always good to plan ahead to avoid frustration when possible. Hope you shop here!

The store is always a mess. They always seem to be lacking merchandise and if you call their store good luck trying to get any service. I had to call several times only be placed on hold and that they were too busy to help me. Poor service in general.

It looked like Black Friday inside the store, in terms of volume of people, selection, and disorganization. I did not find any of the three things I was looking for, and I abandoned my other items out of a desire for time efficiency.

Typically get my shoes here, and this visit was no exception. The selection can be hit or miss if you have average size feet. Mine are a little bigger than average so usually no problem finding a nice pair at a good price.
