I love this store I love it love it love it I get good prices on things... The only complaint that I have against Ross is that if you take something back and you dont have your receipt the prices drop even lower so something about 4:15 bucks can only be worth $0.50 which is retarded because Im sure they put it back out on the shelf at about 10 bucks so you end up keeping the stuff you dont want

I complained to the manager that one of her employees had been rude and the managers reply was what do you want me to do about it? Employees are obviously taking cues from the management. I made a complaint to corporate and they did nothing. Never shopping at Ross again and telling everyone I know.

Worst Ross ever! The line to check out was all the way back to the dressing rooms and only 2 registers were open. I asked the manager to open another register and he seemed unconcerned that people were in line for 45 minutes. No wonder he cant hire anyone. I wouldnt work for him either.

I always go to ross for cute cheap tennis shoes and shirts! I love it for that. But last night I went there, RUDEST STAFF I have encountered in a long time. (Except the dressing room attendant covering for the other rude girls break) not going back to this one for sure.

On Saturday morning approximately 45 minutes after the store opened they had only one cashier! The line was 15 people long! And the really irritating thing was there was another cashier at the front she was just too busy fliting with the "loss prevention" guy.

The management is young and stuck up, especially that store manager. I see her but she rarely interacts with customers and employees. Kristi I believe her name is, she makes it easy to not shop here.

Easy place to shop. Very affordable. A nice variety of retail items. Something for everyone! Every time I shop here there is a long wait to pay. Thats my only complaint.
