Great store to find last minute affordable vacation clothes! They have their departments clearly labeled on each rack and the sizes are truly where they are suppose to go as opposed to looking thru the Size large rack and finding mainly size small! Huge selection of childrens shoes on the back wall and all labeled with correct sizes and reasonable prices. There seems to be more staff on the floor straightening items and willing to stop what they are doing to help you find what youre looking for!!! Such a time saver!! The checkout lines move quickly and rarely do I have to wait for more then 2 minutes before getting thru the line to a cashier. The store is clean and bright and well stocked in all departments all year around. Returns, if needed are made quick and effortless thru their customer service line as long as you have your original receipt and tags are left on the garments or items you intend on returning.The quality of the items they have chosen to carry have improved the past year making returns less on damaged goods vs. you simply need to exchange your item for a simply a larger or smaller size or color. Variety of both have made me want go back again and again!! Bargain hunters Ill see you there!!

Clothing and great sales wise this store is great but the service I cant say is so great Im from Florida and we have Rosses all over out there and I always buy my bathing suits there Im two different sizes in a bikini and I always buy them that way this manager at Ross refused to sell me the bathing suit like that. My husband was also going to buy a wallet there( we spend slot if money at Ross or Atleast we did) but he didnt because of what happened, when I asked the manager nicely to Plz sell me the bathing suit she had no problem saying no with a snobby attitude and I asked her if she was refusing to sell me the bathing suit she again in the same tone said yes she was I said ok my husband and I will take our business somewhere else she said thats fine with her a majority of the ppl at this Ross are not as friendly and so concerned about customer satisfaction as they should be.... Ive worked in retail and never heard of a manager refusing to sell an item because of a size difference. If u need two different sizes in your bathig suit dont go to Ross.

Hi, I operate and manage a locally owned pet store... I just want to start by letting whoever does the orders know that if there is a high demand of certain product especially in a specific size I think its common sense to order more of that item in that specific size. If you notice a shortage in a certain product maybe you need to order more of it so there is less unhappy/dissatisfied customers...for example the wanted a pair of Bear Paw boots in size 8 and theres none left! However theres a lot remaining in every other shoes size. I would say most women wear and size 8-8 1/2 shoe size. So please order more size 8 bear paw/ugg boots.

Im not sure how they run this place. Only one cashier and like five managers on the floor. They notice you waiting in line to check out, and do nothing about it. Occasionally, one of them does help you and they huff about it as if its HORRIBLY INCONVENIENT to help you. One of the ladies who eventually decided to check me out even had the gall to SARCASTICALLY tell me to have a LOVELY DAY. What a magical encounter. I highly suggest going next door to Marshalls unless you find something in Ross that you absolutely have to get.

Everytime i come here the place is ransacked with beaners. These people are like cockaroaches and buy anything of interest off the shelves before anyone else has a chance to get anything. What? Do you guys camp out in front of the goddamn store?? Would love to buy something from here if they could only be proactive with ordering theyre merchandise so that other people besides the onslaught of quesidilla makers can "dress for less". I have spoken. I say good day.

Found everything I would need for my son to start school. Didnt take long either, before I knew it I had a whole weeks worth of clothes, but when I went to other side for my daughters the options became surprisingly less. They have great service and I understand they dont always have everything in stock, all in all I saved good amount of money and will be returning.

Nice, clean and organized store with friendly staff, but the mens clothing selection is something awful. Im not sure who the buyer is for the mens offerings, but they should be replaced immediately. The last 8 times Ive been in the store I havent found anything I like, and I follow mens fashion relatively closely.

This Ross is like most Ross stores. Its hit or miss. Sometimes these are messy and unorganized while other times its chalked full of great buys. I frequent Ross stores for a lot of my clothing. Im not too picky and try to avoid full price on clothes. Ross is my go-to.

The prices and sales cant be beat. My girlfriend loves this place and I like it because weve found great things there for cheap, but the staff at this location needs some serious attitude adjustments. Would be 4 stars if staff improved.

Wish they had more products stocked but they do have a large selection. Great location next to food and other retail stores. Some of their items are over priced. But the majority are priced reasonably.

Lower end discount clothes and home goods chain. Aisles are usual messy and things in wrong places. You can find good discounts but it takes some effort
