I shop at this good will every week and spend at least 30.00 a week there. I bought my husband a coat from there and they were so nice when I bought the coat that we couldnt find the tag but it did have one to begin with. The manager Natasha was so nice and put one on there for me with no problem. When I was finally able to see if it fit my husband because he works out of town, it did not fit and we had an emergency and I was not able to return the coat until the 8th day when I tried explaining this to another manager Betty she was very cold and didnt seem to care and said that they had a strict 7 day policy and there was nothing she could do. I wont ever shop here again from someone that spends 30-150 a week in a store and they cant help you out one time, I will switch to the arc of go somewhere else, this was my favorite store but not if there is people like that working there, what happened to customer service because this manager did not show any.

I used to shop here years ago and loved it! But now, its so jammed packed with clothes on every rack so tight that some items I found hanging with out hangers!! Haha!! Not funny!! The racks are so full you cant slide the hanger as you look thru the garments!! Every thing is wrinkled and looks like it was washed and stuffed into a bag- not hung up nicely with room to breathe. And they put the shoes right buy the front door, so when you walk in the first thing you notice is the smell of old shoes!! Im sorry, but that kind of set the whole tone for my shopping experience here! A real turn off

As much as I want these Charities to make money. Its a poor close selection really bad electronic section not much furniture and the place just doesnt seem clean. They need someone in there to set up the displays properly pull seasonal items after the season is over. Not with your Storm still coming in. We had like a month more of winter my jackets had a hole in it and then already put them away the week before I got there so for five weeks of winter nobody cold could buy a jacket there

Very clean and well organized, with great deals to boot! They even have a little coffee stand in the book section in the back. I love this location, even though it is smaller! They do not have a furniture section here.

I shop here every 6 months and am always excited by my god "finds". Things I cant find in retail retail stores I find here! I bought a new TV at goodwill on South circle =what a deal!

Parking is terrible. Clothing racks are packed to the brim that you cant sometimes move them and I was really dissatisfied with the help I got from an older guy.
