I spent about 45 min browsing and trying on pants. I brought my items to the front and stood in line for another 15 min. When I got to the front I was informed that the credit card machine was down and I could only pay cash. I understand that this happens, but I feel that had i been informed sooner it could have saved me wasting my time. Very disappointing.

Not much of a selection, I shop here most of the time but it seems like there is never enough shoes or clothes. The lady with the Bob hair cut is the rudest woman there. Shoving my bag at me while Im still swiping my card. Not a single thank you or hi did you find everything OK.

As always, Ross always have great prices. This particular location has varieties. I got most of my wall paintings from here for a decent amount. Not a lot of items were on sale so it wasnt a shopping spree for me.

Just as with any Ross, clothes are strewn EVERYWHERE. The line at this location usually isnt as bad as others. The Loss Prevention is actually polite at this one and doesnt treat you like a suspect without need.

As someone that used to come here as a child I was saddened to see what this place has become. This place (and Colorado springs as a whole) have changed dramatically since the good old days. Very unfortunate.

The options are limited and poor quality. I used to be able to get a deal no matter what, now it is hit or miss and many stores in the mall can beat the prices at Ross.

This place was a blessing for my wife. After going from Wal-Mart to Target and Kmart. Ross is the only place that has decent maternity clothes for a good price.
