Customer service was ok, but the clothing displays were a mess. I was specifically looking for black skirts for work in the plus size section, and they didnt even have pants skirts shorts and skirts separated. It took me over an hour to find what I needed, mind you I was on my lunch break so I didnt have time to try on anything, not that I would be able to since the dressing room was out of order. But I got them home and they dont even fit. If a manager sees this post, please take into consideration your customers time and money!!!!

Love how cute this store is very organized and has cute displays as well. However nobody greets you at this location or asks if you need help. I didnt see a single person who worked at this location other then one person at the cash register.

Love, love Forever 21! When I got the chance to visit Denver, I was unsure if there was any. Good thing there is. Really great clothes - very fashionable for the young adults and teenagers. There is also a section for guys. :)

It is the best. But sometimes, I go there and then go home with nothing, other than that. I love the store. Been shopping over there for a long time. Some cashier can be rude sometimes but its whatever.

Forever 21 is usually a store I run into to get basics, but they do have a wide array of clothing. The store however is an eyesore because they are always scattered around and unclean.

The store is huge and the selection is good....its cool that they have mens clothing, as well. However! Their customer service is very bad.
