Normally my mother and I shop here at least a couple times per month (my mom is even a gold star member haha!) but today we were very disappointed. Today we were at the Eddie Bauer at southwest plaza and I found a jacket they didnt have in my size, so the lady helping us called Aspen grove to see if they had it and they did! We got to aspen grove and a gentleman named Joesph "helped" us and gave us the jacket we had put on hold but as he was ringing us up he was extremely rude. The one at southwest plaza was 40% off and the one at Aspen grove rang up as 30% off. We asked joesph since we saw it as 40% off if we could still have it at that price and he then proceeded to start sighing repeatedly and continued to look look extremely annoyed at us. He kept saying the other store was wrong and how much of an inconvience it was to do this for us. When he finally handed us the receipt he had the audacity to tell my mother (who by the way is the sweetest lady ever) "maybe this gives you a reason to shop at the other location now". My mother of course just looked really sad and walked out without saying anything rude back to him. I am extremelty dissapointed because this was our favorite store and normally the staff goes above and beyond to help us. I cannot believe he said that to my mom and Im certain that hes right; I dont know if we will be returning! You lost a long time shopper!
