Horrible customer service. Dawn, the cashier was not willing to help whatsoever with my return. I had a hungry baby and a toddler with me, all I wanted was to return the two pair of jeans and go about my day. Ross needs to focus on their employees to make sure that they go through the proper customer service training. I asked for a manager and was told that Hailee the manager would tell me the same thing. Why couldnt the manager come talk to me directly? Again, poor customer service. I went to another Ross at a different location and the process went smoothly. I will be taking this to corperate. If you dont like your job... go to school and do something else!

The importance of strong cashiers cant be overstated and these guys get it. Friendly without all the questions. They understand there are other customers and get the job done. The area is clean and the prices are great. Plenty of parking (a Denver issue).

Great place to get name brands at low prices. You have to be diligent about looking through every item on every rack that is your size. It tends to be a bit messy, but I always find something great when I shop there.

Came here to get a cancer awareness tie and succeeded. Otherwise the selection is a bit lacking for a tall guy my size, but the store is well laid out and organized.

It was ok. Its a pretty small Ross, and the shelves were half empty on some of the aisles. Selection is not amazing.
