Wow, this is the Old Navy that storm must have hit. It isnt back to school shopping or anything like that, but it looks like it was torn apart by a squall of shoppers. Sunglasses all over the floor, clothes just thrown about; nothing folded neatly anywhere. Either shoppers in this area are extremes discourteous or this Old Navy has bottom of the pork barrel employees with a captain at the ship who doesnt think swabbing the decks is important.

Its a busy store separated from the main shopping area. Feels understaffed. The staff that is there is happy and ridiculously helpful, constantly busy but the store still seems in shambles.

I have seen the same store associate on her phone three times. Just leaning against the clothing displaces that obviously need to be cleaned uP. No wonder this place is a mess.

Always great selection, larger store. Does receive a lot of traffic so it can get crowded and messy but Old navy is constantly having sales attracting a lot of people

The clothes are always organized and good qualities here. As for a bonus, the employees are always friendly and offer help many times.

Employees pick and choose who they want to give coupons to, employees cant ask if Im doing ok. I hate old navy!
