I recently spent $80 on 3 new shirts. I wasnt allowed to try them on as they were packaged but they measured me and assured me they would fit perfectly so I bought them. I get home and try all 3 on with different ties and pants to see what looked good and the shirts were as big as a house on me. I went back a couple of days later (receipt in hand) and asked for an exchange as I was measured wrong and they simply are far too big for me to look professional and presentable. They just dont fit. The manager said "these shirts have been worn therefore I cannot take them back". I discussed it for a little while and he basically told me I was a liar and that I had been wearing them. All I did was try them on. Needless to say Im out the mi eh I spent and had to spend more on the correct shirts elsewhere. PS. I know I was measured wrong because I went to two other places afterwards and had them take my measurements (without telling them why) and the measurements were an entire Inch difference lower at both places I went. I said "I was told to wear an 18.5 in the neck". Both places told me that measurement was WAY too big for me. Be careful what you buy here. Not happy with the management and will not be throwing my money in the garbage by going there any time in the near future.

Usually love this store as my husband is tall and difficult to fit and this place has clothes that fit him. Unfortunately we will not be back because of a rude employee. The gentleman who does fitting lectured my husband and myself for over 5 minutes like 3 year old children for taking shirts out of the package to try them on. I recognize it creates work for him but all shirts are not sized alike by brand and when you are an odd size it is important to try them on. We did not hurt, stain, trash or harm the clothing in any way. If you have a issue with a customer there is a way to politely address a person without being a condescending ass. Way to go guy, you lost a frequent customer.

Usually I get extraordinary service when I am at the Aurora location, but the Colorado Blvd, really doesnt seem to care if I am there or not until I hit the cash register. Yesterday, I asked for help and when I made a decision to go with the lower priced item (better quality & lower price), the salesman walked away from me and when I needed assistance again, he just pointed me in the direction of what I needed (socks for a wedding) and I ended up asking a customer if the socks needed to match the shoes or the slacks! I will say, a different salesman, did get me a complimentary shoehorn, when I asked if the carried them...love the Aurora store so much better.

Really nice suits really good prices. The guy that measures you is wack cant get the sizes right. I tried returning some shirts but the guy gave me a lot of hassle because i open the package of 1 shirt i didnt open the rest because i saw it was big on me. Anyways he got mad and left so another woman helped me. She was really kind and returned my shirts. Oh yeah and my car got keyed in the parking lot. Just make sure you park far away from anyone i guess :(

Terrible, dont go here if you do not want to be critized for your own body!! Employees laughed at me for being too small , only have specific sizes. Instead of simply saying "we dont custom tailor" they laughed judged my body and said they were not good for measurements, and then turned me away. And now I am uncomfortable about myself and I was upset for the rest of the day. I will go somewhere else.

Bad customer service asked for help 3 times after 30mins we went to try on some pants and jacket needing a different size pant a sales guy finally asked me if I needed help as I am taking 2 pants back he stops me and tells me I need to bring the other pants back before I can take these ones ..what?! I was thinking um no u can come get them ...if someone helped us in the first place!!!

Good selection. Big store but relatively hard to find someone for help. However, they had one employee that was absolutely amazing. He knew the ins and outs of fashion and suits especially. This guy was by far the most helpful out of just about any store Ive ever been to. Had it not been for this individual, this store would have received 3 stars.

Visited store yesterday sign said womens sweaters buy 2 get one free when I got to counter I was charged for all 3 was told my sweaters were not sweaters they were shawls I know what a shawl is and these were not shawls did not purchase! Very misleading

What I like about the store is that everything has great value shoes are not expensive they have wide shoes up to 14 M. They also carry higher end dress shoes, such as Florsheim There are plenty of discounted shirts

They have a sign on the door the reads "entire stock 40% off". Entire stock means clearance items only.
