All the negative reviews are ABSOLUTELY TRUE about this store. READ them before you make a trip to this store. If I could rate the Littleton store as "0", I definitely would because based on the service I received, this store does not deserve "1" star. I happened to visit this store yesterday; however, I called before I took the trip because I didnt want to waste my time or gas--but after my experience in this store, unfortunately I did anyway. I spoke with Christine; and, over the phone she tried to sound like she was nice because she wanted me to come to their tacky lil store. I made it clear to her that I generally do business (sell my clothes) with the Lonetree store (which by the way is an absolutely fabulous store)--however, I told her that I just left Lonetree because they have a 7 day wait and since I lived over an hour away, I was searching for another store with the same clout/status as the Lonetree store. So, I asked her if their store was as nice, she actually told me that I would be pleasantly surprised if I came to the Littleton store. She also added that the wait time wouldnt be long because they currently do not have any containers of clothes to sort through, so I decided to give it a try. Well, let me tell you, not only was she incredibly dishonest regarding the quality of their store and the merchandise, when I arrived to the store I totally felt unwelcomed. Not sure if it was because my fiance and I are an interracial couple, but Christine was incredibly unprofessional and rude. From the time we walked in the door, she was very unwelcoming. I should have left from the beginning, but since we drove there, we figured wed give it a chance. Not only was Christine dishonest about the quality of the store/clothing, she was also dishonest about the wait time. There were 3 employees in the store, there were about 3 people browsing--however, Christine took her time when it came to looking through my bins. She took about 4 people before she begin evaluating my clothes instead of asking one of the other 2 employees to assist them--especially since we were first. After seeing this, I asked Christine when she expected to get to my clothes and she rudely said "when I can". I know this is a long review, but I am disgusted with her lack of providing adequate customer service. The last straw was that Christine finally begin looking through my very fashionable designer labels of clothing/shoes--and, she was overlooking so many cute styles. Let me explain something, Im a makeover coach and Ive been featured as a stylist in todays leading magazines. Ive been in the beauty/fashion/entertainment industry for 30 years. I know "What to Wear" and What Not to Wear" and have styled several of my clients for magazine photo shoots. With that said... my fashion sense is impeccable. Christine chose to overlook several amazing styles of clothing and shoes because she was rude, unpleasant, and just felt like she had the upper hand in this matter, so ultimately she only offered to purchase 5 pieces when I had over 50 items. And, the price offered was a disgrace. The designer items that she wanted I took them right back because I know I can sell them online and get good money for them. Will NEVER go back to this store again, and if I were the owner, I would do a complete rehire of my staff because this store is loosing tons of business, the store was practically empty when we arrived, and by the look of online reviews--several people absolutely hated their shopping experience. Bad business, horrible retail experience.

The first time I went to this store it was ok. The man who works in there is very nice. I got a fair price on my clothing for my first time and brought more clothes back a second and third time. The second time I again got a decent price for my clothes. The third I went back with a brand new never worn leather purse from black and white worth around 250$. They offered me 5$ for it and I promptly said no. Today was the last time I will EVER go to this store. I brought a ton of bags of clothes in the back of my car and asked for a basket to bring my clothes in. They gave it to me and I left my 17 year old sister in there to look around while I got them. I was gone all of 2 minutes, came back in with my clothes, the women were awkward and rude and I went back out to my car. My sister proceeded to tell me that the lady had asked her colleague where she thought I had gone to and the colleague told her "she probably stole the basket". It was repeated several times that I had stolen it from the looks of me. Now to clarify I drive an 80k mercedes and am a very high marketing professional in an international company. I do not dress like a slob. I walked back in when they offered me 23$ for 1 shirt and 2 pairs of shoes and rejected all my beautiful cache clothing. I asked if they minded if I took the basket out to the car to put my things away to which the women said she didnt mind, why would she? I told them I didnt want to be misconstrued as stealing again in my mercedes. She tried to laugh it off as they were playing and joking about it. I didnt respond. To be perfectly frank any professional individual who is trying to run a business would NEVER joke about a customer stealing something from them. In business if you accuse someone of stealing, its never meant as a joke. I find the whole business to be very rude, the clothing is very crappy. Everything I submitted were very beautiful silky light tops which they would be lucky to have. Unprofessional people with no sense of class. You just do not joke about stealing a business setting and Im very offended by it.

Oh my what a joke. Dont do it!!! Sell on line. Rude, dishonest and grossly undercut what they offer!!!! First of all I called and asked what the process was and was to come in so I made the drive. Quite a far distance for me so thats why I called first. When I arrived was told just leave my stuff (very rudely) and they would get to it when they could at least 3 hours if at all that day. I asked if they itemized my belongings they said no and if I didnt trust them I could go else where. That should have been my sign to leave. I left my basket and was told Id receive a call with an offer if they even wanted it. OK. I had a basket full of new clothes with tags still on...all brands listed on website and recently purchased and 2 brand new Kate Spade Totes and 1 brand new Coach handbag. Total of tags totaled over $1400 plus some new non tagged items not included in that total. I did not receive a call until next day and they offered me $150 for everythubg!!! They said they have an itemized list of the "set" amounts. When I arrived the next day to pick up my belongings i asked for the list to see how the priced they said they got rid of it. Complete joke not even worth my gas money to get there. Sell your stuff on line these people are rude, dishonest and crooks!!!!!
