Ive been in the store many times and liked the store until this time. It might be personal but it was a bad experience. I bought a pair of high heels and wore them once, mostly inside. When I tried them in the store, they were fine and beautiful, but they hurt my toes so bad that I barely walked that day. I texted Nordstrom Facebook account and they said I could go back to store for a return or store credit. Also Internet has so many stories about exceptional Nordstrom customer service that you can return or store credit even if you wore shoes or clothes, but not satisfied. I didnt think I will have a return but thought about store credit. I went to the store, and waited a while at the cashier for the manager coming. He simply said they dont accept the shoes since I wore them once, and pointed the back of the receipt for their return policy. When I said I talked to Nordstrom Facebook, he said they are not related. Oh well, I understand the return policy. Furthermore when he talked to me, another two customers were just standing behind me because theyve been waiting a while to pay, no privacy. Also his attitude made me feel like I planned to wear the shoes and try to return them, take the advantage. You would say its an overreaction, but it was very disappointing. By all means, I dont think he did wrong to refuse me by following the bible. Their Facebook account and Internet stories are misleading. I was expecting an reasonable understanding of my case, but it seems like just a wishful thinking without any solid approval. Experienced, learned the lesson, suck it up and move on.

Yesterday was my first time being in a Nordstrom Rack store.. I was looking for a certain pair of leggings. The employees were very helpful, even if they didnt carry them I was still extremely satisfied. I went back today because I had saw a pair of shoes I was dying to purchase. I couldnt fit the size so I asked an employee walking by if she could help me. She said she would call someone through her head-set once everyone on the head-set was done talking. I said great and continued browsing. While browsing I found cheaper and in my opinion more stylish boots. Unfortunately no one helped me at all. I told the cashier up front who had rung me out, but I was so satisfied with my purchase I could care less. So overall my 1 out of 2 visits was not the greatest.

Really disappointed in my experience here. I purchased a couple of items online that I wore twice and were completely falling apart. I was told by one manager on the phone that it would be no problem if I could pull up my receipt and show her the items to get a credit when I arrived was told by another manager there was nothing that they could do. I literally threw the two items in their trash can on my way out of the store. As someone that has worked in customer service and done returns before it was most important to me to stand by the quality of a product. Its clear that it doesnt matter to Nordstrom, especially once they Rack their items.

Have shopped here for a long time but today brought back an unused/not worn return in perfect condition but was beyond the 90 day return policy. The woman who helped me was nice enough but was unwilling/unable to make an exception. I understand the policy but I would have been happy with in store credit to use the money on items I will use/keep. Id like the store to contact me to offer something to this effect. You will sell the shoes Id like to return, theres nothing wrong with them so please fix this.

Buy cautiously at this location. Much of the inventory here is damaged. I didnt notice a small rip in the material of a shirt I bought here until I got it home. When I went to return it, the manager quite smugly told me that they dont accept returns of damaged clothing even if it was damaged when I bought it. I love Nordstrom Rack, but this location would benefit from a managerial overhaul.

Good Nordstrom Rack location with a large selection. Conveniently located near a lot of other shops in Belmar, so even if youre looking for something specific, its usually worth a look in here before you walk to another store. If theyve got what you want it will generally be really good quality for a better price than anywhere else.

I had an awful experience here once and never went back. Bad selection, rude staff that acted like I was causing them issues by asking questions, everything was a complete mess, clothes everywhere. If you can get to the one on Colorado, its much more worth the drive than wasting your time at this location.

This is my "go-to" store for fashionable clothes at discounted prices. If you shop during the extra 25% off clearance sales, you will find some great buys. The salespeople are always very friendly and more than willing to help. This location also has a wonderful collection of designer shoes.

This one compared to the one on Colorado Blvd just doesnt offer as much. Its ok as it is, but it just generally seems much emptier. I dont prefer to go to this location if Im in the mood to shop, but perfect if I just need to make a return.

Average selection products. Pricing is consistent with "off the rack" retailers. Staff is plentiful, but oddly unhelpful. In my visits, I have yet to be greeted and asked if I needed assistance in my shopping.

Very busy location, with a great selection. Often in a disarray, and a little difficult to find those gems. I miss the days when the staff was around to ask what you need, and to do remote checkout.

This is supposed to be a discounted version of Nordstroms but I still nearly faint when I see price tags! They do seem to have a good selection but, be ready to cough up some serious dough!

Guess I have more sense then money. Merrell hiking shoes, on clearance 56.00 reg 90.00. Found the same shoes at another retailer reg price 68.00 on sale 43.00 .
