I went here looking for Christmas Gifts, there were 2 staff members at the checkout area and I wasnt even acknowledged. I dont really even like it when people try to help me in stores, but pausing your conversation and giving a simple hello when someone comes in the door is just the polite thing to do. Especially when the store is empty.

Hadnt been to Rue 21 in years! Longmont finally has one. Yeah! I went in the other day and was a little reserved in my expectations. I was met with a friendly smile and welcome. It was neat and clean and when I had questions the customer service was over the top! Will definitely be back!!!

My sister was looking for a dress that was on their website but they didnt have it at the store. She found a different dress for a very reasonable price. Theres a lot of trendy stuff here and I found a cute jacket. Things are a bit scattered about but its pretty clear where everything is.
