Manager was distracted while ringing me up and a shirt with the security tag still on was given to me and the alarm didnt ring when I left the store so I didnt realize it until I got home. I live 30 minutes away and theres construction along the way. When i returned the next day to get the tag off with the shirt and receipt of course the alarm rang and the three employees standing at the front all looked at me like I was stealing it. Turns out the manager didnt even ring the thing up and it made me look even worse. The employee who helped me was rude because they thought I stole it.They wanted me to pay for the shirt even though I drove all the back and the store made a mistake. The store is also very disorganized and the employees are not friendly.

Love Ross stores, and Im thankful to have this one in Greeley, but the customer service is terrible. Employees arent very friendly or helpful and they are constantly shooting you judgmental looks while you shop. And its not their fault, but even the customers are rude to other customers. Almost makes me want to just drive over to Lovelands Ross. Usually I can find good things at Ross, and I dont know if its just this one or theyre all like this lately, but the clothing selection last time I went in there was sad... However, I would still give it a shot: prices are always fantastic and they are more varied in brands than other stores. Maybe theyll pick it up.

Im a long time Ross shopper but will never come back here. One cashier on a busy Friday evening. Several of us were in line in the area for purchases but people just kept coming up to the register outside the line. Security ignored them and she didnt call them on it either. The lady in front of me and I finally left - leaving our full carts by the checkout stands. The girls behind us solved the problem by just shoplifting the sunglasses they were trying to buy. Went to TJMaxx and got everything I needed and actually checked out.

This is a poor store when it comes to letting just anyone charge any amount on any charge card and not verify ID. I was ripped off for over $292.00 and they never asked the person who cloned my card for ID. I live in Colorado Springs, 135 miles away. HELLO!!! First rule in learning the register or POS is to verify I D On a charge card!!!!! Step it up Manager and train your reps!!!! Saves us all a lot of time, anger, paperwork and MONEY!!! You lost and I lost...very poor customer service.

When I was purchasing a black tank top I asked if I could return it if it didnt fit. They said yes. The next morning I took it in to return it with all tags On it. They wouldnt let me because it had a faint deodorant spot on the waist from someone before me trying it on. I told her I just bought it yesterday like that and she had no response. She didnt even tell me to have a good day when I left. I drove to the Loveland Ross and they took it as a return.

my experience with ross has been good. one of the concern i have is about the security system in the store. i appreciate security going around store but most of view you like you are a criminal which is wrong. the securities of the store makes me so mad because they most likely to be with you when shopping and makes not to buy anything. this has makes me not go go to the store any more.

Ive always been a customer of Ross because of their great deals. However, one issue I have with this Ross is their selection for mens clothes over size Large is not that great. Also, there will be a bunch of workers around but only one or two working the registers. Usually this isnt a problem unless its busy, then youre waiting in line for what seems like forever!!

Ross has great stuff for cheap! They do need to stock a little better. Some of the cashiers are friendly some of the other employees act like they work at Bloomingdales in New York City !!! Snotty little asses. Other then that not to shabby for a Ross. Customer service all over is pretty shitty. And its sad. So those who are kind to customers great job people!!!

Back to school shopping at Ross was a worthy trip. Trendy fashions, brand names and other treasures at 20-60% off department store prices. I may not have found the exact pieces I wanted, but I made out with their equivalents and at a discounted price. It was a win-win. Available dressing rooms and bathrooms are a plus.

Went to Ross this evening and at 930pm they said the store is close g and to make our selection as the store is closing. According to the hours sign and the hours posted online, the store closes at 1030pm. I felt rushed by the cashier and other staff. Ugh. Generally though, I like ROSS.

Ross is like a rich persons thrift store! Im not rich but everything there is always a good price. I like that you can shop for nice clothes and not have someone asking you a hundred different questions and frantically trying to sell you something you dont want.

New clothing offered here that didnt sell out on clearence at other stores or has minor defects so you get what you pay for. Try it on before you buy it too. Overall i do alot of shopping here for me and my family and am extremely satisfied!
